⋆ History :: I was born on April 5th in the overwhelmingly brutal district of two. I was the first child of our soon to grow family and at first, I seemed to be everything that my parents had wanted in a child. They had been so sure that I would make our family proud by volunteering myself into the games, and winning the victory of it. Sadly for them, that trait of willingly throwing oneself into a death-match skipped me, and landed on my younger sister, Aiden. While she dreamed of glory and grandeur, I found myself content with reading books about anything I could lay my hands on. Despite my reluctance and bitter resistance, my parents enforced the rule of me training for the games. It was quickly discovered that I was not a close combat candidate in the least. When my parents were informed of this, they panicked, but soon it was discovered that my talents lay elsewhere. I knew the names and uses of almost every plant available to study, and I found that I was quite gifted with a bow, for it kept me away from fighting close up with someone, and that suited me just fine. While my family prays that we make it into the games, I pray that neither me or my hunger games obsessed sister, make it. I just want this nightmare of the reapings to end without having anyone in my family at risk of dying.
