MandalMotors Tower

General Information:MandalMotors
The headquarters of the MandalMotors starship company, MandalMotors tower was located on the planet Mandalore. Situated in the planet's capital city of Keldabe, the MandalMotors tower stood one hundred meters tall, and was adorned with the corporation's large mythosaur skull logo. The tower's size made it a Keldabe landmark, and pilots would use it as a point of navigational reference when approaching Keldabe's spaceport. Around the tower's base stood a series of additional engineering workshops, in addition to a private landing strip, and a research wing consisting of a number of interconnected sheds and hangars that, while run-down and unassuming on the outside, housed advanced technology and company prototypes within. The tower also housed a portion of the company's production facilities.

Other Information:
When a lode of the precious and incredibly resistant iron ore known as beskar was found on Mandalore in the aftermath of the Yuuzhan Vong War, MandalMotors' work with the rare metal became the catalyst that elevated the Mandalorian world into a state of economic resurgence, changing the look of MandalMotors and Keldabe drastically. No longer a "a run-down factory complex that someone had dumped in a forest" Keldabe became a more pleasing place to the eye. However, more of Keldabe became part of MandalMotors as landing strips were extended farther and farther into the city.

A "Market Day" is held twice a week in Keldabe, attracting a heavy presence of drinkers and shoppers who flocked to the numerous merchant stalls that sprung up around the city. The paved square in front of the Oyu'baat was frequently filled with aisles of food stalls, and Chortav Meshurkaane—a street that branched off from the square—is lined with stalls that sold precious metals and gems, along with leather products such as gloves and kamas.
