After you construct your Rpc, post it up as its own thread this subforum, from there, you must wait for TWO approvals from crew members, or one Vice or the Captain.

Once its been approved, it will be transferred to its rightful subforum.
Do not start roleplaying until your character is approved.

But go ahead and post it as its own thread in the Shinigami Subforum now, its approved either way.
Btw, you should add Hisashi and Ayaka Hirase to the friends. xD (You don't have to, just being a bit of a smart a**.)
