In the Spiritual Divide, there are three new species that are not in the series. Those are Elemental, Perdu, and Observer. A description of each of those three races will be posted below to give you an idea of what they are and what they do. Please read these first if you decide to make a said race.

Elementals

Origin ::
The battles that took place in Karakura years ago have soaked the land in and around Karakura with reishi. After hundreds of years, this reishi collected in certain areas, almost stagnating. From this stage, the reishi became one with objects around it, leading to the creation of literal " Elementals. "

Power Basis ::
Elementals normally awaken in a monsterous form, almost embodying their element in a large and chaotic mass. Think fantasia 200 in a sense.

Until they learn how to " Seal " their power, they must hold this form.

Sealing their power happens when their bodies and powers mature enough to allow them to seal the majority of their power in some sort of weapon of accessory. The more powerful can choose between a weapon or accessory, while the weaker may only choose a weapon. In most cases, the item will show the ideal of their element, i.e. wind being a quick, light weapon, and earth being a slower, heavier weapon. By sealing their weapons, they can then take a humanoid form, and blend in with Humans.

To unseal these items causes a release of their former power, similar to an arrancar's resureccion. Their release will grant their power back to them, just like an Arrancar's resureccion would. They will take a more chaotic form, while not the exact replica of their former form. this unsealing is call " Solvo " of Release in Latin.

The more powerful Elementals can use a fraction of their powers while sealed as well. This normally takes the form of a " Partial release " because singular parts of their bodies transform, not the entire body. This is called Secui Solvo, or Partial Release in Latin.

Despite the Elementals being Spirit based, their monsterous forms can be seen by humans.

Plans and Purpose ::
The Elementals see Human's as Pollution. In this Era, Human's still cause pollution, and since the Elementals are of the earth, they see it as a personal thing. Destroying the world destroys them.
Their quest is to eradicate the Human race, and if possible, find out how to reproduce their species.

Ranking Details ::
In the hierarchy of the Elementals, there are the Major Elements; Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, Lightning, Metal, Plant and Ice. These are the most powerful of the elementals.

These major figures stand under on other, who has control of not one, but two combined elements.

If there are repeats of the elements, they act like a Fraccion would to an espada. For instance, another fire Elemental wouldn't be as strong as the major one, and would act like a servant, or lesser version.

Perdus:

Though it isn't known, when a Shinigami cleanses a Hollow, the sins it committed, the Corruption its made of doesn't just disappear. Its in fact transferred to a world that is unknown by the Shinigami, let alone any race. This Realm will be referred to as The Null for that reason, a world that exists in nothing. This world is created of the corruption from the cleansed Hollows, but it has a limit of how much it can actually hold. It is unknown what would happen if it was to reach its limit, but the Null has a way to prevent such a thing from happening. When it capacity reaches that of 75%, it will await the death of a Shinigami, when a said Shinigami dies, its being is resurrected by the Null and makes them of the corruption to lessen the amount in the Null. This can take from 5% to up to 30% of the corruption within the Null. (It refills at a fair rate). When a Shinigami is resurrected, it regains all of its former abilities, former memories up until they had died. Then they will simply resign there in the Null, for up to centuries.. They will age, and their power will grow over time up until they manage to release themselves from the Null.

When they are released from the Null, they forget all their time in the Null. Only remembering back to their death, most Perdu feel the need to return to their loved ones when they get out of the Null. They don't even know they are Perdus, they only think that they somehow managed to survive or come back from their death, but they have some natural abilities that aren't usually intentional, but it makes them surprisingly a special, as if they were more perfect than a Shinigami. The main thing is the perfect cleansing, which allows them to cleans anything tainted by a Hollows corruption. Being able to strip a Hollow without slaying it, turning them into a cleansed Soul on the spot, or if they defeat, or nearly kill a race that are of Hollows Corruption. (Arrancar, Visored, and Fullbringer) they can strip them of the Hollows curse, it would turn an arrancar into a regular soul, with abnormally high Spiritual Power, a Visored back into a Shinigami, and a Fullbringer into a Spiritually aware human.

Though despite this, they are far from perfect. Because they aren't stabilized in the Null, after a fair amount of time their corruption will show.. First starting with some possibly personality changes, becoming a different person really. Then if they are in the presence of a corrupted creature, or cleanse said creature they will be aggravated, showing something is wrong.. Then, they will regain their memories of the Null, that.. Causes the corruption to become that, pure corruption, triggering a monstrous transformation of immense, absolute power. Despite their monstrous transformation being similar to a Hollows form their power far exceeds that of a Hollow, being able to give Captains a run for their money.

Most would think that such a being would have to be killed, which by most races it would have to be. Though if it is slain by a Shinigami, the corruption fades and becomes pure.. Returning them to their former state of a shinigami.. Though their access power doesn't go to waste.. The power that made them into a monster becomes pure, and allows them to achieve a state of power that has them in control, and is more humanoid like an arrancar release rather than a beast like a Hollow.

Kembutsu:

Origin:
It was thousands of years ago when the Observers first appeared, all starting with only one official of its kind, the only natural Kembutsu who was known as Kansatasu. Who was no existing race, far from it. Because of this no natural, pure blooded Kembutsu could ever be created.. So, through years of research, he made a modified clone of himself, given different abilities than his own and named him Siegfried. The rest of the Observers, at least the top seven were created through breeding with other races. Making the other Kembutsu hybrids, rather than pure blooded.

Power Basis:
Seeing how most Kembutsu except for two are hybrids with other races, they have two natural sets of abilities. That of Kembutsu, which are completely unique to the person, especially if they represent a Sin, then that of the other race they are apart of, if a Shinigami they have Shinigami abilities and such.
All Observers also have two basic abilities, The Eye of True which is a ability used to watch those they desire too. Then The Gateway, which allows them to enter their Dimension.

If the Kembutsu is one that represents a Sin, they have very advance abilities that are based off their Sin, then for their ultimate state of power they have a True Calling form, where they actually become the Sin they represent.

Ranking:
It starts with the King, the highest of the High, and the most powerful of their kind. Then with the exception of Siegfried have seven high leveled beings known as "The Seven Deadly Sins", as the name implies they each represent one of the Seven Deadly Sins, these are the strongest of the Observers along with Siegfried and the King.
Under them are other Observers, whether distant hybrids or beings that sided with the Observers, these, despite being the 'weakest' of the Observers very from different levels of power, most being able to compete with a person at the level of Lieutenant at least.

Plans and Purpose:
That, is to be revealed in the Role Play. They are shown to want to liberate 'perfect beings' from imperfections in their eyes, what more to this is unknown currently to those besides the Observers.

Other Details:
If you wouldlike to be one of the Seven Deadly Sins, message me please. I would like to know who the actual person is that will be playing the Sin and know what they are capable of.
The Seven deadly sins are (Not in any specific order):
Lust (Reserved)
Greed
Pride
Gluttony
Wrath (Reserved)
Envy
and Sloth (Reserved)
