❧Personal Info
❖Transcripts:
Alignment: Chaotic Good
Education: Kim has several doctorates in engineering, technology, and physics. Her high intelligence and access to private schooling have allowed her to obtain these without all that pointless actually going to college nonsense. "And I'm smart, too! Really, aren't I just the whole package? Okay, that'd be J.J., but whatevs..."

-Shaniqua Voltiri {friend} "My vampires friends are all badass~"
-Jax Hazard {fren-mutual-bitches} "Always a few of these on the road of Science..."
❖Personal:
Personality: Kimberly is an energetic, intelligent, and snarky person. Much of her childhood was spent either by herself or with one of her parents to further her abilities, and she is therefore not accustomed to having large groups of friends. She is easy to get along with, so long as others don't try to step on her toes or involve themselves too heavily in her work. Generally joking, and none-too-concerned with the events of the outside world, the time since the war has began has started her on a more directed, somewhat more altruistic path.
Fears: The deaths of her friends, the success of the demons, not being able to keep up with others where technology is concerned.
Favorites:
People: Jessica Jordan, Miro Seldivek
Drink: Mountain Dew
Food: Chef Salad
Place: Her lab
❧Skills,Abilities, and Powers
Skills: Management skills, which she was forced to learn in her short time as head of the CPRD.
Abilities: Kimberly is a born expert with electronics, weapon systems, and technology of almost any kind. She is capable of dismantling, studying, redesigning, and rebuilding most any type of technology. This is a part of the fact that, by all measures, Kim is a complete genius.
Powers: Kimberly possesses limited telekinesis and electrokinesis. Most of this is used to refuel her electroplasm cell-nodes, or to lift parts around her lab as she works.
Weaknesses: Her lack of childhood friends leads her to be somewhat wary of anything that involves losing the few people she cares about. She also has a habit of being cocky, and, while this has boosted her career considerably, it makes people under her a bit irritated. Other than that, she is of mortal stature, and therefore susceptible to harm.
Technology/Weapons/Pharpenilia: Kimberly's position as head inventor and researcher at the CPRD afford her access to advanced, magically-intertwined technology. Many of her inventions involve the use of electroplasm-nodes, which are small, over-sized button-shaped devices she can attach to her constructions to power them. Some of her most used devices include:
The Backpack: A black, green-veined backpack with a carbon-fiber shell that houses many of the her smaller inventions. It also sports small robotic arms that Kim can control at will.
Kerrigan Electroplasm Cannon: A rifle-sized, EP powered weapon which fires high-velocity bursts of a green plasma-like substance. Capable of reducing a normal, armored person to a puff of energetic dust with a pull of the trigger.
Halcer Gauntlet: An armored glove, with an EP-pulse generator located in the palm, and a skeleton which can allow the clawed fingers to cut through most substances. Can be fitted for firearms and other projectiles on the wrists.
History
Theme Song:
Kimberly's parents, a scientist and a mid-level wizard, were a match made South of Heaven. In their early days they bickered constantly, competing science against magic; but eventually that competition formed the foundation of the Center for Paranormal Research and Development. The CPRD applied science to magic phenomenon, and sparked a love between the bitter rivals.
They had Kimberly shortly after the CPRD's creation, and she was practically raised inbetween her parent's research. Her father would secretly tutor her budding magical prowess, while her mother taught her all about machines and chemicals. In Kimberly's mind, there was nothing to stop her from bringing the two sides together.
She began working on her own projects when she was 11, her brainchild of magic and technology was born in the Electroplasm-nodes. With the EP-nodes under her, new devices sprang from her young mind at a rate unheard of by any modern scientist. Kimberly wears many small Electroplasm-nodes on her, as they power much of the apparatuses she carries with her for development on the go.
Shortly after her parents deaths, and her godfather, Miro Seldivek, came to lead the CPRD, Kim became more introverted, and determined to make the Center better. It was here she met Jessica Jordan. Jordan was an undercover Hunter whom Kim became close with, and the two went out several times, though neither of them were apt to call them dates.
When paranormal tensions began to rise, and Hunters were needed by their leader, Jessica was forced to leave Kim. Not knowing how to accept the further loss of those she cared about, she sunk into another depression, and eventually admitted her feelings for J.J. over the phone. The act of telling another person she loved her was enough to nudge her slightly from her depression, and she became, if only slightly, more public in appearances.
To her surprise, Kimberly met up with J.J. at the paranormals ball in Central Park, and again in Italy at the wedding of Shaniqua Daniels and Rastinith Voltiri, where, at the former location, the two admitted freely to each other their feelings. When the war began, and Miro directed Kimberly to the fact that it was J.J.'s boss, Malia Silvereign, that had driven a wedge between the two of them, Kim became determined to make her pay. Her rage was forced to cool, however, as J.J. came to stay in the CPRD Headquarters, bringing a forcibly child-sized Malia with her.
Acting as something of an aunt to the young Malia, leaving Miro to do the "parenting", Kim still toils about with her technology; a little more pep in her step now that she has J.J. by her side.
