They had a livestream last night from Nintendo with some upcoming announcements.

New Super Mario Bros. 2, releasing in North America and Japan this August
New 3DS firmware slated for April 25, adding support for folders in the menu (pictured, each folder holds up to 60 items) — watch it in action
The firmware update also supports software patches and updates, like the one Nintendo has planned to fix Mario Kart 7’s Maka Wuhu glitch
The update also promotes eShop titles, as “users will also get helpful recommendations in the Nintendo eShop for titles they may like”
Animal Crossing 3DS, releasing in Japan this fall
20th anniversary Wii collection of Kirby games
Pokemon AR Searcher, an AR shooting game coming to Japan’s eShop on April 23 for ¥300
Pokedex Pro, an updated version of the Pokedex 3D app coming to Japan’s eShop on July 14 for ¥1,500
Still noticably no mention of a good number of big games. I guess they're saving that for E3. At least AC has a time frame in Japan now... stressed
At least they're patching Mario Kart. Everyone thought they never would.
Cool that the firmware update is very soon, so we don't have to anticipate that for long.
I'm also pretty excited to see an update to the Pokedex app, though I'm said its rather expensive.

Its ok, your thread is more specifically about the firmware update 3nodding We were like 5min apart lol. I'd care more about the Kirby thing, but I don't have a Wii crying

I'd care more about the Kirby thing, but I don't have a Wii crying Hey, you could always go buy WiiU and buy some used copies of Wii games. That way you could get the Kirby 20th anniversary pack if it's still available. I for one WILL BE GETTING IT.
