An island made completely of cooled volcanic Rock. It was recently formed a few years ago and there is zero plant life on the island. There is however, a large number of cave formations on the island good for hiding things.

Mordred and the others had anchored the ship a bit of ways away from the island. Since the island was uninhabited there were no docks built to properly dock the ships. She took a motorized boat to the shore of the island and left it there in search of the pirates. "This couldn't have come at a better time." A smirk came across her face. She loved taking down pirates, especially if they were able to put up a fight.

Sahtya looked down from the mountaintop where her Iceline had taken her, both Mordred and the pirate crew oblivious to her presence. Mordred had taken several hours to get to the island, and snce Sahtya had been there within a few minutes she'd had ample time to survey the area. There was minimal vegetation, and the pirates were mostly concentrated in a camp 'round the opposite side of the island from where Mordred had landed. The pirates were fairly weak, the Captain only worth around fifty million Beli and the next-strongest only twenty mil. All in all there were only around three hundred of them.
Sahtya had perhaps five minutes before Mordred came to the camp.
She decided to give the pirates fair warning that they were coming. After all, it was only fair that their quarry had the same advance warning that they did. She laid down an Iceline and appeared before the Captain in his tent. "My name is Admiral Sahtya Kravinoff of the Marines. Admiral Mordred is on her way to this location. Run for your life."
The Captain moved to draw his sword and Sahtya froze his hand to the handle with a glance. "Four minutes fifty-five seconds. Run."
She moved back up her Iceline to the peak once again and watched as Mordred began to move towards the encampment, which was quickly becoming a flurry of activity.

Jason D. Black Jason was joining the admiral to go to the pirates. He watched her in the back, thinking about what devil fruit she had eaten. Something with black fire. Not the same as him, but was it really fire? He just sat back and waited until they arrived with the pirates.

Mordred walked up to the camp and saw all the men scattering. "Oh my." Once she said this all the pirates turned in her direction and began to scream frantically and scatter in all directions. "Don't run, it makes you look weak." She folded her arms and began to concentrate. A black, smokey, substance began to spread out from her feet and rush past the pirates like flooding water.
Once it stretched far enough, she concentrated harder and drew it back in. The darkness/gravity started pulling everything on the ground towards Mordred, making her body literally a black hole. As they got closer the gravity became stronger and would eventually crush their bones to nothing.

Sahtya turned away and started walking down the mountain as Mordred began the slaughter. She had no reason to watch, and therefore would not.
However, she noticed something as she walked down the side of the mountain. One of the many vents she'd taken for a smoke-vent on the way up had an obviously-artificial look to it. No natural vent had a perfectly squared rim.
She slipped down the vent and landed quietly in a large cavern, hollowed out by the pirates and used as as safehouse. At least as many pirates were down here as were up on the beach. Sahtya grinned as the first mate noticed her and called for an attack.
Mordred could muck around all she liked. Real power in the Logia was based around instant devastation. Sahtya swept one hand in an arc and the sudden blade of ice extending from her fingers beheaded or disembowelled half the crew at a swipe. When it detonated in a flurry of ballistic ice shards afterwards the rest of the crew were struck with enough wounds to ensure they would have died if Sahtya hadn't used the fragments of herself within them to freeze them solid.
Five crewmen remained alive after ten seconds, and Sahtya froze the wounds on their stomachs shut in compensation for slaughtering the rest of their comrades. "Goodbye."

Jason D. Black Jason pushed his man back, away from the dark mist that pulled everything in. He himself, went behind the pirates that escaped with his scythe, and after defeating them, he came back with two on his left and right shoulder, and one under his arm. He layed them next to his man and told them to guard them, while he observed his admiral her devil fruit powers.

Mordred lifted her head and opened her eyes. After her looking around she saw that the pirate camp was completely gone, like it was never there to begin with. "That's odd." A sudden headache came upon her and she had fallen to her knees. The headache felt like someone was pounding drums in her head non stop and she couldn't take it any longer. "Make it stop!" She said holding her head and curling up in the fetal position.

Jason D. Black Jason jumped to her and catched her before she could fall or anything else. He picked her up afterwards and told his man to get back to the ship with the prisoners. Finally, when they came to the ship, he layed her down in her room and orderd the docters to come and help her. "Are you alright miss?" Jason asked her, hoping she would answer and stay with them.

Sahtya walked in as Jason started talking and motioned for him to leave the room. She wouldn't even bother trying to get logical argument through to a born soldier. With luck, authoritarianism would work. "Your actions are commendable, Lieutenant. Congratulations on retrieving a wounded officer from the field. I recognize these symptoms, and medical care is presently unnecessary. Please leave the room for the time being."
And of course she recognized them. She'd almost split her own head in two with power-hangover after getting her own powers over ten years ago. She'd have to make sure Mordred got some training over the next few months, and it was bad form to let a lower officer hear her b***h out an Admiral for excessive hubris.

Jason D. Black Jason listend to the admiral, confused how he was about that the admiral suddenly appeared on his ship, he still bowed out of respect. "Yes miss" He said as he stopped bowing, commanded his doctors and other man to leave the room and leave the admirals alone. Tough to be sure, he left two of his best doctors outside of the room for when something happend.

Sahtya leaned outside the door after the Lieutenant left and ordered the two doctors away, then went back inside and created a large icicle firmly anchored to the ceiling above Mordred's head. As it began to melt, icy cold water dripped down onto her nose. "Wakey, wakey, stone-head. I have words for you."

Jason D. Black Jason went on the front deck and sat on the side of the ship. He looked out over the sea to the horizon. He didn't know how the admiral got here so fast, and how she knew that he had saved her admiral. Maybe one of his own soldiers told her, or maybe she saw the fight herself. And knowing that the pirates were already about to move before they came... Or it was pure coincedence, or his own admiral was there earlier, to tell the pirates something. He deffinatly had a few questions for her, but she left her be with his other admiral.

Mordred opened her eyes to see the icey stalactite melting on her face. She frowned and wiped her face of the water and looked at Snowflake with a irritated look on her face. "So I closed my eyes for a moment and then they vanished. What happened to them?" Mordred said jumping straight into what her devil fruit power was. She just knew that the all knowing Snowflake could answer her questions with ease.

Sahtya stared down at Mordred as she spoke, her voice clipped. "You murdered every one of them. Congratulations, you somehow acquired the Yami Yami no Mi, probably from the Temple. You overused your powers, apparently blacked out in the use of said, and are now experiencing something akin to having your head split open from the inside. We're headed to Marineford. Get some rest, we'll be training when we get back. The Marines can't have you passing out like a nancy every time you use your powers. Understood?"
