I've got a quistion about moving clothes like thes blows wind under a skirt, er lat it wave in the wind

its so hard to do when i try it. it wont look nice with all the layering emotion_bigvein

Someone got some tips to do it right/better gaia_kittenstar

what i mean is like this:
