Equalist?:Secretly, he is Amond's top fighters... but he has a reason. He wears a mask when working with the equalists  Hobbies:He likes to practice sword training... Weapon: Twin Hookblades (They are dull to the point where they can cut most things but not due much damage against humans... which he doesn't make contact with the blade to skin.)  Metal Bender Grappling Hook (He was able to study metal benders and their use of those metal tight lines and was able to make a rig on his back that allows him to shook a spiked end to a higher building, and small mechanisms allow himself to be pulled up to the building.) Lives:In an apartment in the lower areas of Republic City. Bio:Cody grew up among benders, his mother was an earthbender, his father a fire bender and his cousin that lived close to them, she was a water bender... but he, he was born without the ability of bending any elements but his family loved him none the less and he loved them so much. He grew up in the country but when he was old enough, he felt like he was too weak to be not a bender. His father helped him, showing him in the use of a blade and Cody became an amazing fighter like that, being able to take on any bender. When they moved to Republic City, he learned of the equalists and how they hated benders, which made him worry about his family so secretly, he joined them. He soon began to learn their tricks and even learned chi-blocking. He was able to face off and defeat benders more talented then the last before he soon ended up in the equalists, but he never once took a life, not even a bender's. He needed to hide his normal life from his Equalist's life so he took the name Jīngshén when wearing the mask, which Jīngshén means Spirit in Chinese.

Having been betrayed by the one she loved most, trust is not easily earned from her, nor easily kept. Even among her Equalist brethren, Tūnshí raises any and all doubts, and ensures all claims are thoroughly investigated. After her lover left her and her daughter Kasai, the woman grew to hate benders. Upon discovering her own daughter was one of them, Tūnshí abandoned her as well, and took it upon herself to rid her daughter of this, "curse." Job?: Interrogator for the Equalists Equalist?: Yes Hobbies: Torturing captive benders, singing eerie songs to herself, and stalking her estranged daughter. Weapon: Various; usually provided by the Equalists to suit the situation at hand. Lives: In an old, run-down apartment, out of sight and mind of the city. Bio: Tūnshí was born a helpless non-bender into the world of power-hungry benders. To her dismay, even the man she loved turned out to be such a person; thinking of only themselves, they used their abilities to take what they would. Tūnshí would have none of it. Abandoned by her lover, and discovering her daughter to be a fire-bender, Tūnshí was fed up. She would take revenge upon the one who so carelessly threw away her heart, and she would purify the taint he had left within her daughter. Already, she has slain her former beloved- now, her eyes are on Kasai.

Equalist?: A big one. Hobbies: Recruiting Equalists and fighting for Amon. Weapon: Two dao swords that fly Amon's colors (gold and red) on the cloth tied to the hilts. When "working" she wears the uniform. Lives: In a house near the market district. I don't spend much time there though. I'm usually doing tasks at Amon's request. Bio: She doesn't speak of her past so not many people know about it. And those who did, aren't alive anymore. Cleo was born to an earthbending mother and a normal father. She was born without the bending skill. She envied her mother and wished that she had the power as well. In a way, she despised and loved her mother. It was odd the things she could do, but it was magnificent and admirable. She was torn, but soon the darker side of her took over. She and her mother began to argue a lot, and her father didn't do anything about it. He was a normal person who struggled to keep a job. When Cleo was older, she grew apart from her mother and father. They were useless to her, and not too soon afterwards she found a protester for the Equalists. She was quick to join the force. She was trained as a fighter and learned how to block chi temporarily. She showed improvement and was even trusted enough on missions for Amon.

 As a little girl back when she was just a kid before her Mother and father die.Name: Fo Shin Age: 25 Gender: Female Personality: Empty, a shell of her old self that die long time ago. A doll that move and acts but has no true feelings. This is what she is now. She still cries and scream in pain but for love or happiness is something that die a very long time ago. She fears and cowards but mostly put on a act. A show like a puppet would and nothing more. They loved each other and her very much. All of them were non-benders but had friends as benders. Her mother and father always had to work harder on stage because of the benders. However because of their acting skill they stay at the stop. However this caught the eye of the Triple Threat Triad mainly one of the leaders who had an eye for Fo's mother. Not liking the news that she taken even more she won't hang out with him. He had Fo's father killed. Fo's mother was threaten to be with the leader but she said no. so they took Fo away from her mother as couple day later. Foe would find out her mother was dead. They said she killed herself but she knew they did it to her. She was brought up by them being force to do thing a little girl should never do. Sold things, killed people by poison, they even used her as a shield a couple of time. Either way her life was nothing more then a puppet for them to use as they gave her a job at a bar dancing. Because of her lack of bending skills she does not get a whole lot of people looking at her dancing skills so they normally have to beat up on her more. Fo hates benders but fear them even more. She heard of the Equalist but that is it as the fear keeps her from doing anything to protect herself.

Bio: Well, I am a bandit and I am an equalists, I guess there is nothing more important to say than these. I lived in streets for years, I wasn't a bender so life wasn't fair, I have been bullied, beated and wounded, then one day, Amon helped me, he told me all the world will be equal. I learned to fight, protect myself and most importantly, put benders in to my condition, non-bending, by blocking their chi.

No matter what the situation may be a red and golden flute can be found in his possession Name: Zaho Shan Age: 22 Gender: Male Personality: Cocky,arrogant,loyal,optimistic,womanizer,sarcastic,and humorous. Job?: Zaho sometimes lends a hand as a shop keep, at his friends store. Zaho can often be found accepting coins in the park, while playing his flute. Equalist?: Yes, he stands proud as one of Amond's cherished fighters. Hobbies: Zaho's a real skirt-chaser, and often approaches every beautiful woman he meets. Aside from his lust; he enjoys creating music with his flute. No matter how hard he tries to suppress it, Zaho also loves to gamble. Weapon: Zaho uses a new and weird weapon known as a steam pistol  . The steam pistol allows Zaho to attack his targets from a distance, however the weapon is not very reliable. Often jamming as well as hosting a rather long cool down; the steam pistol seems to be a weapon that has yet to be perfected. Despite it's flaws the steam pistol is able to fire numerous shells at it's target. Some of the shells include smoke, confession, shock shell and ect. Besides his steam pistol, Zaho's most feared weapon is his pair of red and golden gauntlets.  His gauntlets is encoated with tiny green crystals, which seems to ward off fire attacks. He knows how to block one's chi, but he prefers to use such techniques. Within his eyes, chi blocking techniques "Aren't flashy enough." He often takes a fighting stance that a boxer might share, when dealing with benders. Lives: Zaho rents a room in his friends house, which is near the park. Bio: Zaho would usually spin tales of how easy going and care free his childhood was, however they are nothing more than lies. As a child Zaho never knew his father. Zaho's only family was his mother and younger sister. His family was poor and lived underneath the stars of republic city, within the alley ways. At the age of seven Zaho's mother grew sick and shortly passed away. The emotional effect of losing his mother, took its toll on Zaho and as a result he abandoned his little sister. At the time Zaho felt as if he could just run away from his problems but it has been his biggest regret up until this day. He never saw his sister again, nor does he know what has become of her. Zaho does not hate benders, however he has found a family within the Equalist. If it means the lives of some benders to be part of this family, so be it.

Kaoru is nicknamed Kiki because of the sweetness and kindness given to others. Kaoru's family came from the Northern Water tribe to start a trading business in Water Tribe goods. Because of the exposure in different cultures Kaoru became Kiki to explore the world like no other could. His love for fashion and all the things that he could do with it as lead to the choices of clothing. Showing off a little leg is always fun. Kiki is the younger cousin of Kai Yukimori.

Equalists Beware!Name: Zero Age: Unknown Gender: Male Personality: Few have interacted with Zero and have lived. That being said, not many have been able to gauge his personality. Those who have notice that he's not as quiet as an assassin is expected to be, He likes to make jokes when not on the job and often jabs at his opponents verbally. Most find him to be unusually cheery to the point of being unsettling. Job?: Assassin hired by the Counsel Equalist?: They have attempted to recruit him, but received dead messengers in return. Zero has taken to collecting the masks of the higher level Equalists. Hobbies: Zero enjoys training and killing people. These activities are not mutually exclusive. Weapon: Zero makes use of a set of metal wires made specifically for him by a metal bender under the city's employ. He uses them with skill and precision; most finding that he rarely misses his intended targets with them. He also uses forked daggers that attach to the wires. The daggers are weighted and can be used tactically with the wires for destructive results or alone. He wears small mechanisms along his arms and belt that release and retract the wires when necessary. They utilize the new age tech and small power packs charged by lightning benders. Zero has adapted some of the tech stolen from the Equalists to serve his needs; as such he has developed an electric cell in each of his mechanisms that release a burst of electricty to shock anyone or anything touching his wires. Zero also carries a short sword that spends most of its time strapped to his back. Skills: Zero is a professional assassin trained with every weapon and technique involved in his profession. He has little to no hand to hand training, but makes up for it with natural talent and use of his acrobatic skills. He has been educated properly and currently stands at an academic level few have reached. Lives: In the Embassy Apartments. High security and discretionary funding make it a convenient place to live. Bio: "Come on, you don't know about the Harlequin? Sole apprentice of the infamous Jester of the Fire Nation? Exile among assassins? Scourge of the underworld? Come on! Everyone's heard of him!" The Harlequin: The name Zero, master among assassins, took up when his teacher, the infamous Jester, presented to him his first mask. The name is well known throughout the world now; The Harlequin, the lone assassin with over three hundred kills to his name. Over half of which were made during daylight... and in public. He started in the Fire Nation, home to his teacher, beginning with the hired slaughter of an entire noble family. The rest of the world saw this as a cold, unnecessary crime committed by a murderer, but they could not be farther from the truth. Zero takes only jobs given by high government officials, jobs involving direct threats to the structure that protects the people. That family had been using their close ties to the fire lord to plan a coup, and after being discovered, had paid dearly for it. Zero now resides in Republic City, now under the employ of the Counsel (minus Tenzen of course). He works as an agent against the Equalists and has taken to his job quite nicely, finding that his new opponents provide more opportunities for interesting kills. Physical Description: Zero stands at five feet, eleven inches with green eyes and long, black hair. His body is rather lean, but shows a fair amount of muscle that he has developed through weapon training and martial arts training. In public he wears simple black clothes and a long, black coat. Skyler use to be an Earth bender, before Amon got a hold of him, when taking away his bending skills Sky lost his memory. All he remembers is he now works for Amon, he hates benders and he keeps getting haunting images of a girl. Sky lives and breaths hate for all benders, he never really understood why he hated them, he just knows he was told to hate them.

She is also a bit jumpy of things that she doesn't know. She can be shy and weary of people at first, but when she gets to know someone she is the best friend you could ever have. It was Her, Her parents and little brother. Her father then suddenly left one day and her mother became depressed. She stayed depressed until she passed away of drinking herself to death and heartbreak. She hasn't heard of her father and doesn't care. She doesn't want to see him after what he caused her mother to go through. After her mom passed she was in charge of caring for her baby brother. One day when her brother was younger they were in the park and an equilist tried to attack her brother. But Luna jumped in the way, resulting in her becoming blind.
