Water Control
A single technique that can do millions of things with water is a bit unreasonable.
Please make each water technique individual instead. There's just far too many possibilities for it to be under one technique.
Dragon's Breath: Flamethrower
I'm fine with it being fire, but lava is believed to be a combination element (Earth + Fire), and to obtain that, you'd have to get rid of both water and lightning.
Shadow Art: Puppet Show
Are there any side effects that the victims of the technique go through after the genjutsu stops? For instance, Tsukiyomi brings general exhaustion and possible unconsciousness, I believe.
Shadow's Seal
I don't like it being done through simple contact. This would make it impossible for a taijutsu user to win against you. Granted, very few people use just taijutsu...but the point still stands.
Also, if the technique drains all of the chakra, I think you need to receive some sort of drawback.
Seal Release
A technique that destroys any seal should definitely not be E Rank...plus, there has to be some sort of condition for it to work. You'd need knowledge of the seal, or something.
For example, the technique Jiraiya used to get rid of Naruto's seal on his stomach was A in rank, and it ONLY worked on that seal.
Dance of the Jester
No technique can dodge all attacks automatically. Everything requires logic for it to work. Just saying.
Dance of the King
Describe how you see using chakra.
Dance of the Puppet Master
I don't see why this is a technique. Can't you force the puppets to do something similar without it being a technique?
