Last night I went to see an ex boyfriend of mine and to just talk to him, and see how he was doing. When I saw him he was acting like he was totally confused about what I was talking about and I was trying to be serious he was trying to ask me to marry him. I don't see why he's say that anyway while trying to get back in my good graces. Anyway he had just moved and we were at his new apartment and he was trying to show me around I then got mad and said why are you touching and feeling me up when you are trying to get back with me thats not how it goes he was basically treating me like I was dying to be touched and trust me I wasn't I'm only 18 trying to grow up while this idiot is 22 and he acts like hes freaking 14. He totally pissed me off but he kept pulling on my clothes and trying to hold me I was totally turned off by this. He asked me well can I show you the rest of the house. I then told him why do that I didn't come here to have you try and feel me up and take me into your bedroom to have sex with you. However I went up stairs cause thats where the bathroom was to get tissue since I've been sick now for over 9 days with some sort of bug thing and I needed to blow my nose his room was right next to the bathroom he turned to me and asked are you just going to stand there or are you going to come into the room I said no just open the door and go in a moment after he went into the room I stood by the door then he tells me to come here I just stand there so he pulls me by my sweater and I fell forward and he pushes me down on to the bed. He pulls at the collar of my sweater and trys to kiss my neck while I'm trying to push him away. I told him to stop while I said that he was trying to kiss me on the lips while hes taking off his pants I'm turning my head from side to side to avoid his advances. He pushed up my shirt and was licking my skin I was very scared I was telling him no stop why are you doing this to yourself. I was still trying to push him off he then was trying to pull off my pants, he was then attempting to have sex with me and he had no protection he was rubbing his genitals all over mine and I was so scared and freaked out. You are making a bad decision I told him and hes said what I'm not going to c** in you I told him thats not the point I said I don't want to have sex with you so get off me right now he backed up and said then put your clothes on and get out I quickly sat up and got dressed quickly. I told him he was a very bad person, at the time I told him that I really felt like he was treating me like a whore. I went down stairs to put my shoes back on and then walked back up stairs to ask his friend for a ride home whom he was the one that had broght me over, he was busy with talking to his girlfriend. I turned away from the door and looked at my ex boyfriend coming up the stairs and he called me b***h and told me to leave I went outside and used my cell to make a phone call for someone to pick me up and he opened the door and said if you don't leave I'm gonna call the police. How could he do that when he just attempted to rape me ?.

I'm pretty sure that technically he could call the police on you if you didn't leave the property, but even if he did that would be really stupid of him after what he tried to do. :/

HEY im 14, and ima gentleman... anyway... im sorry bout what happened, and in my opinion, he should be shot... several times.... and his friend, a nice clean shot to the forhead.... but thats just my opinion. i dont know how i can help you other than this. STAY AWAY FROM BOTH OF THEM

If he attempted to rape you, as you said he did, then YOU need to be the one calling the police so you can report what he tried to do to you.
