 Nasty. That is how it had been this morning. Complete and utter nast. The weather in the Rogue Lands had forced him to run like his life depended on it. The winds were damaging, the rain left zero visibility, and the lightning deadly. He panted out of breath as he hit a quiet pocket. No storm here. Funny that. Coughing he looked around and shook away the rain that had soaked his fur.
Tiredly he tried to find somewhere to rest as he hadn't got sleep the previous night thanks to mother nature. The area around him didn't look familiar as it was more watery than the rogue lands. Too tired to care he flopped down where he stood. Shivering he lay in his dry spot for a while before a boom threatened his rest area. Getting up with a groan he spotted the perfect cave to sleep off his exhaustion. "Awesome." Once in he curled up in a corner and dozed.

 The weather had been lulling to Rani, she loved overcast weater but even more loved that it drowned out her neighbors' snoring. With no sun peering through to wake her up, Rani was still sound asleep in this 'late' morning hour.
That was until something smelly, wet and loud stumbled into her cave. Her eyes snapped open and shot straight up, with hackles on guard as she searched for the intruder. Rani'Kob would not be caught off guard! When her eyes fell upon the male, her demenor flipped like a switch back down to insecure. Was she dreaming still?
"Out of all the caves..."

At first he just stared blankly at Rani in shock. "Huh?" He sounded somewhat dazed and he hoped he wasn't checking a cold or anything. "Rani! What are you doing here? I thought you lived..in...am in Kizingo'zaa Lands.. Oh. " Slowly sitting up aware of the mess he was making with his wet fur. "Um... sorry for all the mess." She said sheepishly. " So, how have you been?" He recalled the last time seeing her and being with her under the stars. That night had been a wonderful one especially what lead afterwards.
"Is this your home?" He looked around curiously and jumped a little when a loud snort/snore broke the air. " You weren't kidding about those snorers were you." He chuckled.

Rani had still not moved, though the snorers got a little chuckle from her. Something must have been seriously wrong with the security of the pride if he just wandered into her cave, at least it wasn't a stranger; well.. a complete stranger.
This was most definetly above and behond Rani's comfortability limity, but she couldn't really target why. It wasn't the first time a male had been in her cave, nor was it the first time the attack of the tickle in the abdomen occured. The flutering, she decided was the cause of he twitchy movements.
"Don't worry about the mess, I'm fine, um.." She cocked her head, "No one saw you, did they?" No one yet knew about her little escapade amd this was not the way Rani wanted the pride to find out. A random lion trapsing into her cave was not the way she was going to keep 'harlot' from the older lions' lips. Honestly she hadn't quite squared with herself for throwing herself at Cinead in the first place.

He blinked and recalled his adventure out of the storm. "Well," His mind a little foggy. "I don't think I was stopped... no I wasn't but then again I don't blame anyone for not going out in that sort of weather. I could-" He gestured towards the entrance of the cave. "Leave if I make you uncomfortable... I know it's a bit awkward what happened the last time we met." A crack of thunder rang out soon after he finished the sentence and the flash of lightning made the cave glow for a moment. Talk about dramatic exit. Sure going out would be rough but it's not like he hadn't delt with bad weather before he was a big boy.
Besides it was sorta awkward being in a cave with a female he had a fling with.. I'm sure she has someone important in her life now. He looked around Rani's home taking in the little nic-nacs along some furniture place around the room. "Nice, place. I'm jealous sorta. My home is usually portable. AKA Where ever I land that's my home."

Quickly she got up and took a step forward, "No!" Whoa, calm down instncts. She sat back and with a shy smile, "no, that won't be necesary." Attempting to regain her composure she continued, "I wouldn't be able live with myself if I cast anyone out into the rain. At least that is noble."
Yes, that sounded logical, that was it she had convinced herself the lion should stay. "That is unless you want to be fried."She laughed at the lightening, lightening up a little bit. "This stuff? Thank you, these were mostly gifts, I keep my treasures burried elsewhere in the rogue lands." No, she wasn't talking metaphorically, she was being quite literal.
"Cinead, will you please stay until the storm has passed? If you're hungry, I have food. If youre thirsty, you can just stick your tongue out at the neighbors." There she was again, as long as she didn't invite him, she was offering a rogue shelter. That was logical and moral. Which meant that there may be another good time to being a rogue before another bad.

He blinked at her sharp 'no' before grinning happily as well as calmly. He finally relaxed as he was welcome into her home. "Great. Thank you so much for allowing me into your home, it sure is nasty out there. It wouldn't have been fun but I would have gone anyways." He laughed. “Yeah could you imagine? Fried, crispy lion a la mode.” He nodded while listening to her speak of the treasures she collected over the years. " Thanks I could eat and there plenty of water outside too." He wiggled his eyebrows cutely. "Catching raindrops on your tongue can be lots of fun... you just have to watch where you go though."
He looked around for the warmest spot he was literally shivering. "Do you have the tools for fire? I know some clans are fire bringers and I could go for warmth right about now."

Rani laughed a rather cub-ish giggle, she had fallen to the black lion's charm, but she had no idea what that felt like or what the feelings ment. Not to say the adult lioness was naive, just smitten as she was never as a kitten. Thankfully the other could not see her blush as she turned away to get the food she had stocked up incase the storm lasted a week.
"I have no fire, but I supply a crafter in town with pelts. I don't particularaly like wearing them," she motioned to her bed, "But they're amazing to sleep on."
With warmness in her heart she added, "Please, help yourself. Just watch where you stick that tongue."

He barked a surprised laugh. She little female has spunk, what his tongue indeed. "I'll be sure to watch it of that I have no doubt," He winked before continuing eyeing the pile. "Oh wow you must be a great hunter." He eyed the what seemed a mountain-sized pile of furs. He moved closer eyeing each piece in turn hoping to find one that would cover most of his body.
"Ah!" He exclaimed. "Perfect enough, it will cover me but not trail on the ground and I have to say wow. You must have some skill to take down a beast this size." He picked it up with his teeth and began placing it around his body sighing out happily when the fur blocked out the cold. A pleased rumbled came from his chest this was heaven. "Now all I need is some food in me and I will be great." He moved closer to pick up something to nibble on one for Rani and another for himself. He nudge a piece to Rani before digging in.

Oh a spunk she was indeed, afterall she was crazy once upon a time. It was nice to have someone other than the crafter praise her pelt work, he was the one that made the lavish wonders out of them and so deserved the appreciation. Her chest puffed up a little in pride and a purr escaped her.
"Really, I don't fess about mess. One of my siblings has a cleaning compulsion, I should really pay her for it." With a shrug she giggled, of course she wouldn't pay her for something she enjoyed doing.
With more praise Rani felt more pride well up in her chest, she wasn't hungry but she got closer to Cin anyway and slowly ate. But there was always room for a quick snack; perhaps it would calm the flapping, or gas (whatever it may be).
"Thank you." Oh yes, she was purring like a kitten getting a bath, she wasn't quite sure how she felt about it. This was just a scruffy roug, in her den, with lots of noise and heavy sleepers around; why should she be worked up? Calm down instincts.

"A cleaning compulsion huh?" He asked a question that needed no real answer. " I knew a lion like that once he cleaned his territory so well that when strangers came they claimed his land thinking it belonged to no one. Boy did that cause a big fuss!" Cin shook his head at the funniness of the story. A yawn escaped before he could stop it. "Sorry about that." He blushed. "It seems I am more tired than I originally thought and these furs are so comfortable it's hard to stay awake." His purr went up a notch as Rani purred as well. He moved closer to her and nuzzled a little before closing his eyes enjoying the sounds as well as smells around him.
