It would seem that Lieutenant Xenotime had grown accustomed to life as an agent of the negaverse in no time. The role suited her, she excelled at her job, and she was more then ambitious enough to fight her way to the top of the power ladder. Of course every great soldier starts out small, a grunt, and Xeno was no different. She might have battled(And kicked some serious a** while she was at it) her fair share of white moon senshi and knights, but she still had a quota to fill, and she refused to slack at it. Her mother might argue, but laziness was never a flaw the young woman suffered from.

Twelve o'clock found the plum haired lieutenant on the streets of Destiny City. Or more precisely, the side streets. She knew better then to strut down the main avenues in her uniform, that would have been simply asking for trouble, and much as she liked a good brawl, she had things to do tonight, and beating the snot out of the white moon was unfortunately not on her plate. Maybe later.

For now she stayed focused on finding herself a victim. Anyone would do really, but Xenotime could be a picky girl, and she preferred her targets to put up at least a little fight before she subdued them. It was just funner that way.

She was making her way down an alley when she spotted the approaching shadow of what looked to be a decent sized guy. He'd do nicely, and she crept ever closer until that shadow gave way to the frame of a youngish man, mid to early twenties, who was clearly into sports or spent a significant amount of time at the gym. Xeno, not really physically imposing, probably should have reconsidered her target, but instead she merely grinned.

Her years of training made what should have been a one sided encounter a little more even, but that added strength she gained from her ties to chaos easily tipped the scales and she brought the brute of a man down with a solid blow of his head against the side of a building. When he was down she pulled him into the concealing shadows of the alley, and only then, when she was sure she was at her safest, did she stop to drain the majority of his energy. That precious source of power collecting in the palm of the hand she held out above his unconscious, and likely concussed, body.

The sensation of chaos rolled out over the city as he stepped into the evening air. A quiet sort of boiling darkness that over rode even her own, there couldn’t be a senshi in the city who didn’t know that for a moment, a General King or Queen had emerged from the Dark Kingdom.

“Brutal, but effective.” The voice was a quiet velvet tenor. “Xenotime.” He acknowledged her “I’ve heard good things about how, attentive you have been in your efforts.” He waved a hand at the fallen body.
“I should ask what you think of the changes we have put in place?” He murmured. “It hasn’t put a damper on your enthusiasm, you know we are ultimately here to protect humanity, don’t you?” He stooped and brushed a hand over the back of the man she’d clobbered. “Not that I am exempt from doing my share of damage, do tell me he has a history of less than savory behavior though, it would be…delightful.”

Something fell over the city, and for a second the new lieutenant could feel the hairs on the back of her neck prickling with something very close to fear. It pasted in an instant, but the memory was there, and it made the young woman cautious as she turned, glowing ball of energy still in hand, and looked down the alley towards the figure that had appeared there.

She didn't need to have met him before to know exactly who he was, and she inclined her head out of respect for not just his station, but his reputation. One did not gain the title of general king through sheer hard work, there was much more to it then that, or there would be any number of military royalty wandering about. "General-King, this is an unexpected surprise." She smiled at him, offering out the ball or collected energy to him. Painite had said any higher officer could accept the things, and you didn't get much higher then Zinkenite.

The compliments sliding along her ego were enough to make her purr, but she reigned in the temptation and offered what she hoped was humble smile. It likely came off as cocky, but with a budding reputation like her's, she was entitled to a little over confidence. "Thank you, Sir. That means a great deal coming from you."

Her head gave a minor tilt to one side as he asked about the new changes she'd heard about, and she rolled narrow shoulders in a small shrug. "The more chances I get to play with the white moon, the better. I'm all for the new plans." There was no denying, the chick had zeal.

Charcoal eyes dropped to the man at her feet, and again she shrugged. "I'm not sure, at least not with him. He fought back like he didn't have much of a moral aversion to striking women though."

Zinkenite nodded quietly. “A clever observation, you should keep making them. Hone your skills.” He nodded. “Have you been to the War Room yet officer? I think you might very much enjoy it, and I think you’d learn a few things.” He tipped his chin down slightly with eyes glittering, amused.

“I should tell you a few things I used to do when a lieutenant, the more you know about your target the more satisfying it is to target them. Even if its something as simple as studying the attacks and powers that a senshi possesses. Knowing that you can anticipate the nature and sometimes the range of their attack can predispose the outcome in your favor. With your skills at combat I think it could be not only a ‘nice’ advantage but a decided one.”

A proud little smile slipped into place on the lieutenant's face, and she dipped her chin in acknowledgement. "I certainly intend to." It didn't take Zinkenite's suggestion for the girl to continue working on already impressive skills. She practically lived at the gym. As for the rest though. "No Sir, I haven't been to the War Room yet, but I'm sure I would enjoy paying it a visit."

She listened intently as the higher officer offered his advice. It wasn't something she hadn't heard before, but she couldn't say she'd ever given the notion much consideration. As of yet she hadn't had to worry about coming into contact with anything she couldn't punch her way through, but that didn't mean she wouldn't. Certainly there were senshi out there with powers she wasn't going to be able to fight against the way she was used to, and knowing said powers ahead of time, as well as their limits, would be a valuable asset.

"I don't suppose there's some kind of database already in place where such information could be found?" She wasn't opposed to doing the work herself, but why bother if someone had already done it for her. Not laziness, simple practicality. If there was an existing collection, then she would be more then happy to add to it with her own numerous encounters.

“Purely paperwork I fear.’ He admitted with a slight tilt of his head to one side, a small gesture of regret that it was not more easily accessible. “Inconvenient perhaps, but fundamentally, paperwork secured in the rift ensures that the White moon can not access it and use it against us.”

He looked at her, assessing the bright interest in her eyes before he offered in an tone that might have almost implied ‘selling ones soul to the Devil’.

“Would you like to see?” He offered and extended a hand. Most people could not transport directly into the rift. But most people still had a star seed that wasn’t the equivalent of a black hole of chaos. “It would please me to introduce you to it, I’ll show you your own –file- if you would like.” He offered, dangling that strange tidbit before her. It was a questionable sort of ‘carrot’ perhaps to know that there was any kind of documentation on the inner workings of the dark kingdom, though the offer was there. A chance to see what other people had thought noteworthy enough about you to submit to the archives, what made you stand out from your fellow Lieutenants.

"You do have a point there," the lieutenant acknowledged reluctantly. Xenotime wasn't the most tech savvy individual, but she wasn't naive enough to assume there weren't those among the white moon and order that couldn't hack into secured systems. She'd have been all for transferring the information into a database, but she was still a rookie. There was a reason Zinkenite was a general-king.

Silver eyes sparkled with the offer, and she took the offered hand eagerly. "I would love to see." She wanted to see it all, the information collected on the white moon, and now that he made note of it, she was quite keen on seeing what sort of info they had on her as well. Something about her had sparked the Negaverses interest in her, and she wanted to know what.

As temptations went, this was a good one. Xenotime might not have cared much about earning her own mother's praise, but the Negaverse had given her something to work for, an outlet that catered to her whims and desires, and she was very eager to please her new family. "Please show me."

“Follow me then.” He offered her a hand, he didn’t need to, he could take her to the dark kingdom, and lead her to the rift without laying a hand on her. But he was going to be what he considered ‘polite’

“Let me show you my papers, I’ll show you what I know, and I’ll tell you how to file reports on those you meet, alright?” He nodded, and they vanished togerht

Xenotime gladly took that offered hand, she was eager to see the files Zinkenite was telling her about. Hell, she was just eager in general.
