I got my root canal done today..
Was so damn out of it I had no idea what was going on.. still don't.
Turns out what I thought was only 30 mins was 2 hours.
I got told that they drilled my tooth down to my jaw? not sure how that work..
but yeah, have a temp cap in..
and I am hurtin like ********..
Will probably high as hell for a while..
but yeah.. that's whats going on.. whoo.

I had my wisdom teeth removed back in March/April of 2008. They put me under. Was the first time I ever had any sort of stuff that would knock a person out before. I don't remember anything that happened from that day, but everyone tells me it was the most hilarious thing they ever saw.
But yeah, They have a little drill that goes inside your tooth, and they will drill however deep they need to. I know when they took my wisdom teeth out, they drilled and cracked the teeth, and took each piece out, one shard at a time. During the healing process, I must have picked out like 5 slivers of tooth that splintered into my cheek and gums.
Percocet will help the pain though. Or whatever they give you. Enjoy it, lol.

as soon as the numbness went away I was in so much pain.
Doc told my grandma that I couldn't take hydrocodone until bed time & to take just regular pain medicine.
After I started crying they left me have some.. about an hour after that I crashed & here I am now! x3
Mouth isn't hurting anymore just can't open it as easily as I used too. Plus my lips are jacked up.

lol, yeah, that sounds about right. They don't play nice with your lips, so they get nicked and stuff.
That first day was awesome, apparently. With the stuff that put you under still in your system, and the pain medicine you get, it provides for a really relaxing day, pain aside. Curiously, how long do you get to rest? I had 3 days to "recover" and then get back to work.

I'm not working.. but I felt fine today.. I haven't even taken any meds yet.
But I'm considering it now since when I try to remember things I get a really bad headache & my face & eye are starting to get sensitive. Though I may wait until after I have dinner since I haven't had it for a few days now.

Technically, you're supposed to take your medicine every day, at whatever hour intervals you have. Even if you're not feeling pain now, or if the pain goes away after the first time you take the medicine, you're supposed to keep taking it to ensure that the medicine works. When you don't take it, or stop after the first dose, the medicine gets used up, then goes away.

It's just hydrocodone.. and I've been eating food normally all day.

And I watched way too much Cops.
