Personality: Nuala seems to be frozen, like anyone she smiles for things she likes and frowns for things she dislikes. But it is never a big smile or a mopey frown. Its just a slight tilt of the corners of her mouth. She is practically emotionless, but who knows maybe some one can break that empty shell of her's.
Biography: Nuala was orphaned at 8 years old. She spent 3 years of her life hiding and savaging for food. She would sort through the dumpsters till she found something to eat, and sometimes when dumpster food was scarce Nuala would try to steal from the shops. Her first few attempts were huge failures, she would get hit, kick and yelled at. But she only got quicker and smarter. When she was 9 Nuala learned how to speak to the birds, she caused a mass confusion and made off with three loaves of bread. The birds became her only friends and companions while she roamed the streets.
A few months after her 11 birthday an old married couple found her and took her home with them. It turned out that the couple had a son but he died a few years ago leaveing behind no heirs. It was the old woman who saw Nuala first and knew that she was the one to replace their lost son.
In order to protect herself Nuala was given many different self defense classes It was only after her 14th birthday that Nuala began to take an interest in the sword. The old couple encouraged it and at Nuala's request for her 17th birthday she received twin katanas. Life was good till the summer of her 20th year when the old woman suddenly feel sick. It only lasted a month but she was to weak to fight it and at the end of the month there was a funeral for the old woman. A week later the heart broken old man followed her into the grave leaving Nuala all alone once again. Nuala 's mind could not fully understand the lose and when it finally did sink in she became hollow inside, empty to all emotions. She even thought about suicide, but on one of her regular trip to the old couples grave she found a baby crow at the foot of the tomb stones. Nuala took it as a symbol to live on. She raise the crow but still she was unable to fully smile.
