"Yukiko..." Yukiko was drooling on her notebook, "Yukiko..." A voice called to her again then a small push on her shoulder, "Yukiko... Kiyoshi is here asking for your hand in marriage.." Yukiko's eyes opened up and she stood up being all dramaic "Oh yes! I will... Marry.... you....." Yukiko looked around at all her classmates looking at her and her teacher standing at the front of the classroom. Her friend Rina was looking at her after pushing Yukiko awake. "Thank you for joining us again Yuikiko. Stay after class to explain to me why your homework always has drool on it" The math teacher said to Yukiko as everyone in class started to laugh. Yukiko huffed and sat back down and placed her head down on her books and turn it to the side. She looked at Rina and glared at her, "Couldn't wake me in a better way?" Yukiko said to her and Rina just smiled at her. "Figures..." Yukiko added.

Kotaro was sitting next to Yukiko and coudln't help but smirk at her reaction. "No worries, i'll wait for you to finish your 'explanation.' then we can go to lunch." He then turned back to his work, he had his sketch pad next to his math book as he looked over at Rina and gave her a slight nod and a smirk for her act. Adjusting his glasses again he looked down at his work and continued to fill it out with ease.
"I was younger then, I wasn’t afraid of anything, I didn’t think about dying for a second. I thought I was invincible. Then I met some girl. I wanted to live, I started to think like that; for the first time I was afraid of death. I had never felt like that before."

The math teacher was going over Geometry. Yukiko's slightly favorite subject of math if she was not so bad at the rest of it. Yukiko and Rina were playing connet the dots when they realize other students were getting a little loud with the teacher. Yukiko looked up to see what student was doing the disturbens. It was the most common class clown being "funny" again. Yukiko shook her head, "Rina.. Why are guys so odd sometimes?" Yukiko asked Rina who was looking at the boy as well before she turned to Yukiko, "I am not so sure but lets ask Kotaro.. Oh Kotaro why are guys so odd?" Rina asked Kotaro and Yukiko looked over at him too.

Kotaro looked over at her and shrugged. "Well I think it's just like women.. there are strange women in the world also." He leaned back in his chair and sucked on his Tootsie-pop. "I guess some people are just born with the... mentality." He pulled the pop out of his mouth and looked at it, before licking it and putting it back in his mouth. "Either that or their lonely.. and like the attention, makes them feel wanted." He said bluntly as he looked down at his artwork.

Both Rina and Yukiko glared at Kotaro. But agreed with Rina when she asked her to go have lunch with her.

╚══════════════╝ Kotaro blinked at them, lifting his finger up to his glasses to push them up slightly. "Without me? But I thought it was my turn to pay for lunch today?" He asked before a smirk slid on his face. "Oh sweet, I only have to pay for myself then." He leaned back in his chair. "I think I might get something exspnsive then.. seeing as you two don't want me around... " He closed his eyes and hummed to himself, waiting for their response.

Both Rina and Yukiko stopped at the door way and looked over at Kotaro, "You were going to go in town? we were just going to go over to the little cafe by the courtyeard." Yukiko said to him. Rina walked over to Kotaro and looked at him in his red eyes she got very close to his face and her blood in her neck was pumping hard "If you invite you back to eat lunch with us will you buy?" Rina asked with a smile as Yukiko stood where she was with a smile and folded arms.

Kotaro nodded. "Yes I was going to, buy Yukiko a fancy lunch to try and cheer her up after all her hard work from being a guardian." He smiled then paused as Rina came up to him, he could see how excited she was, he could hear her heart racing.. the blood flowing through her veins as he closed his eyes for a moment and took a deep breath to calm his instincts down like he usually did when he started to get too... 'hungry' for blood. "Of course, we can go to that place you guys like, just outside of town, with all diffrent taco thingys." He smiled at them both warmly.

Yukiko regonized that paused moment Kotaro did. She knew Rina got a little close and it has been a few weeks since Kotaro was 'hungry'. Yukiko walked up to Rina and placed her hands on her shoulder to pull her back up. Yukiko looked at Kotaro when she did that, but turned to face her friend "Wanna get our double surpeme with extra jelophios?" Yukiko asked Rina as her friend's face started to brighten up with excitement of the joy of a nice nacho dish with side chicken tacos. Yukiko got giddy with Rina then they both faced Kotaro, "We are ready to go!" they said in unicen.

╚══════════════╝ Kotaro gave her a quick 'thank you' gesture when Rina was looking away and Yukiko was looking at her. He opened a second third Tootsie-Pop and stook it into his mouth as he sighed in relief, grabbing his pack and slinging it over his shoulder he smiled at them. "Yes, i'm ready.. i'm starving." He smiled as he walked towards them placing his hands on their shoulders. "Let's go eat!"

Yukiko and Rina looked up at Kotaro and shook her heads, "Really now Kotaro?" Rina said to him with a smile. Yukiko leaned forward to look at Rina "I think he is doing it because he thinks he is a pimp" Yukiko said to Rina and they both giggled as all three of them headed down the hallway to the main gates.

He stuck his tongue out at them as he started forward, one hand going to the strap of his pack to hold it as they walked. "It's only a pimp if I sell you out, and i'd never do that." He said as they went towards the gates.

Yukiko and Rina giggled at Kotaro for taking it so seriously. They picked up the last of their things and followed behind Kotaros still giggling. Yukiko had looked at Kotaro thinking about how hungry he really was. She normally got neverous because if he was hungry then the night work is sometimes hard to mange. Rina laced her arm through with Yukiko and the two girls followed behind Kotaro.
