Momo sighed, unlocking the door to the Art Gallery. Soon, people would be pouring in. Smoothing out her skirt, she put down her sculpture onto the table; she would probably display it in the first showroom, since it was small. Dusting off the stuff on the shelf, she went behind the front desk and retrieved the keys from a locked cabinet. Grabbing her work, she headed upstairs.

She really loved the Galleries. The peace and quiet really gave her much needed time to think, and she was sure others thought so too. Entering the first showroom, she walked over to the first empty case and opened it with her keys. Whistling a soft tune, she began to rearrange the entire room... simply because she had nothing better to do.

All was quiet in the Galleries as Momoko worked, setting herself to the mundane tasks of dusting the paintings and polishing the small metal statues that stood silently all around the perimeter of the room. For once, she did not have her music blasting in her ears; something about the peace of her place of work made her feel rather disinclined to blast rock music, when everything else was so quiet. Suddenly, she perked up as she heard a click in the front lobby. It had been the door. Someone had entered.

Wiping her dusty hands on her skirt, she rushed out, shutting the door loudly behind her. Her keys jangled at her waist as she hurried down the ramp to the lobby, where she saw an unfamiliar face waiting for her. She scurried behind the desk and quickly tucked her keys away before nodding at the lanky, professionally dressed individual who seemed to be quite enthralled by his surroundings. She caught him mumbling to herself and smiled proudly, resisting the urge to brag.

"Hello, Sir," she said politely, nodding her head as she gestured widely. "Welcome to the Black Rose Art Gallery, is there any way I could be of service to you?"

*Anau and Samia enter looking and admiring the galleries* Your Lady Mother would have loved to have been here with us.

Mother did always favor Art, especially Renaissance.

Well we were wondering if there are any pieces for sale.

Yes. You see I'm hoping to find something for my Mother.

Momoko nodded at the two females, then at Nikolai, not at all affected by his not-so-subtle advances. "Well," she explained, "There are a few pieces for sale in the upstairs gallery, some of which I painted myself, others by students, and various donations from patrons from many periods. I'm sure you'll find something interesting. All sales go towards the expansion of our new outdoor dining area." She turned back to Nikolai. "The library offers much information on all types of arts and their histories... and if you already know what you want, then I'm sure as soon as you find it you'll be satisfied... although must I remind you that some things are not for sale."

She slid out from behind the counter, ignoring Nikolai's attempt to flirt with her. She wasn't at all interested in the romance aspect of this school, and if the teachers were like this, then heaven help her survive her last year. She beckoned towards the other two, heading for the ramp that would lead them to the upstairs galleries. "This way, ladies... and Mr. Byko... we'll stop at the smaller showroom first."

Entering slowly into the gallery Asher was dressed in his white blazer and red shirt and pants, his yellow tinted glasses stuck out from his outfit giving him a foreign look. He payed his entrance fee at the gallery and walked over to the series of sculptures and statues, standing silently and admiring them. "I suppose, they could use some pieces from my storage...or just a large contribution...a new wing perhaps?" he said to himself lowly.
