http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/40_Harmonia Name: Felicity Connors Nickname: Lisy Age: 17 Birthday: June 19th Sign: Gemini Gemstone: Agate Blood Type: A+ Fav. Food: Fried Chicken Hated Food: Aparagus School: Crystal Academy Hobbies:Gossiping - Felicity enjoys hearing gossip and rumors, as well as spreading them. Going to the mall after school with her friends to chat it up about the day's new 'news' and what-not has got to be one of her favorite past times. She has been called a bit of a 'Mean Girl' before because she can be pretty nasty with her little hobby. Roller Skating - Felicity often enjoys just strapping on her skates and speeding around the city -- to the mall, through the park, on her way to school. Felicity loves the speed and as the cliche saying goes, the feel of the wind through her hair. Plus she also thinks it makes her look pretty darn cool. Skating was something she got in to when she was pretty young and was invited to a roller skating birthday party. She didn't know how to skate then, and felt humiliated. However she was determined not to let that happen again. So she learned, and found out that more than restoring her pride, she really enjoyed it! Fashion - Felicity likes to think of herself as a trend-setter. She likes studying fashion, current and old, and creating her own style from there. Her hope is to one day become a fashion designer, and she has already taken the steps to steer her future in that direction; looking in to schools, reading up online, etc. She learned to sew when she started middle school, making a costume for a presentation, and that was perhaps when she first really got in to fashion. Since then it has been a love that has really bloomed. Virtues: The Go-Getter - When Felicity wants something, she goes out and she gets it. She doesn't sit around and whine about it, or pinning over little pipe dreams, she goes out and tries her best to make them happen. She has a determination that sees her through the toughest of times, and even if the endeavor is hopeless from the start, she'll at least be able to say she gave it her all. Felicity has always been the type of girl to actively pursue her dreams and attack them. Even if it is that really awesome new pair of skates at the sporting goods store, she'll work her tailbone off to make the money and get them if she has to. You can do it! - Felicity has plenty of that determination to share, and share she does! She does her best to be encouraging, peppy, and generally boost morale. She tries to use her own enthusiasm to psyche people up and get their inner fire burning just as bright as her own! After all, if there is one thing she can't stand, it's people sitting around all doom and gloom, waiting for good fortune to just fall in their lap! She's like a living, breathing, full-time cheerleader. Creative - Despite seeming somewhat shallow at first glance, Felicity is capable of deep creative thought. Her room is a testament to her creative ventures - handmade picture frames and little cut-out doo-dads up on her wall with pictures of her many friends. Over half the clothes in her closet she has made herself. Her curtains are all her own doing. Her diary is full of little fantastical stories (of dubious quality...) and when it comes to group projects, just leave her in charge of the presentation! Felicity is not afraid to put her creativity on display either, displaying her handmade jewelry and hair pieces with pride, cutting her own hair into absolute fabulosity, and showing off her sewing skills with her newest dress, all in attempts to set the latest trend! Flaws: Competitive - The down side to being so determined and headstrong is the cost of getting what she wants - those thrown to the way-side, or run over on the path to...whatever it is she wants. Felicity can play pretty dirty when the competition runs high! If someone tries and tells her she can't do such-and-such, she's going to give them an earful and do her damnedest to prove them wrong, then come back and smear it in their face. She is especially competitive when it comes to fashion and design. Sore Loser - Felicity does not know how to accept defeat with dignity. Nope, she sure doesn't. She's been known to pull punches and make catty comments in the face of defeat, not to mention rumor spreading. Especially if she does't feel like whoever beat her at whatever it was gave their best, or won out of sympathy, o rbecause of money. Actually...just cue a total drama queen b***h-fest. Even if she doesn't say anything at the time, a rare thing in and of itself, you can count on a long and loud rant later on to whoever has the poor fortune to be around to hear it. Can't Stand Lazy - She absolutely, positively, can not stand lazy people who whine about wanting something or not having this or that and don't do anything about it. She does try to offer some help and encouragement, but there are some people who can just not be helped, people that are just so determined to be miserable. If there is one sure thing that can get her to rage and want to flip tables, it is these people. Also by extension, the people who just hand these 'lazy good for nothings' the things they want. You can imagine how she feels about well-fare and things of that nature... She fails to understand the deeper circumstances that sometimes accompany this, and her view, which she is not shy about, has often lent to her being called 'insensitive.' She doesn't want to try and understand it either. PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION Eyes: ♥♥♥♥♥♥Hair: ♥♥♥♥♥♥ Short pigtails, and some pieces that come down to frame her face...kinda like this. Face: Sharp features, a very light specking of freckles. Wears a very pink lipstick; ♥. Her skin is very fair. Clothes: She typically wears pretty trendy looking clothing.

Senshi: Sailor Harmonia, Senshi of Cooperation. Challenge: Get your act together! Fuku Colour: Main Color: ♥♥♥♥♥♥Secondary Color: ♥♥♥♥♥♥Fuku: Somewhat like what is at the right, edging towards a more Chinese feel as she progresses. Attacks: Sailor Scout Attack: Harmonia Cooperation Catalyst! Creates an area of influence where those who step in to it are more inclined (Therefor the character isn't obligated to follow the attack's influence.) to work together, comply with, or see eye-to-eye with Harmonia. The area of influence extends in a 4ft circle around her and can be maintained for half a minute. Harmonia must be focused on maintaining the circle for it to last to it's fullest. If she is distracted or attacked the circle will immediately disappear and the effects with it. It is more likely to affect basic leveled characters, less likely to effect second level characters, and doesn't effect third or fourth level characters at all. When it comes to getting someone to comply with her, there are certain things that just won't work, such as the order to 'kill', 'maim', 'self-harm', etc. However things such as 'stop', 'get away', 'let's talk' would work. And again, the attack simply makes the opponent more inclined to do these things, they don't have to do it. Super Sailor Scout Attack: Harmonia Super Cooperation Catalyst! Creates an area of influence where those who step in to it are more inclined (Therefor the character isn't obligated to follow the attack's influence.) to work together, comply with, or see eye-to-eye with Harmonia. The area of influence extends in a 7ft circle around her and can be maintained for a minute. Harmonia must be focused on maintaining the circle for it to last to it's fullest. If she is distracted or attacked the circle will immediately disappear and the effects with it. It is more likely to affect basic and second leveled characters, less likely to effect third level characters, and doesn't effect fourth level characters at all. When it comes to getting someone to comply with her, there are certain things that just won't work, such as the order to 'kill', 'maim', 'self-harm', etc. However things such as 'stop', 'get away', 'let's talk' would work. And again, the attack simply makes the opponent more inclined to do these things, they don't have to do it. Eternal Sailor Attack: Harmonia Cooperation Amplification! Harmonia casts an another 7 ft radius of influence around her,where anyone who of the same faction as her that works together gets a added boost to their energy(in the case of Negas) or attack (in the case of senshi). This lasts only for a minute and a half, and leaves Harmonia vulnerable, as she has to be focused on maintaining the area of influence. If she is attacked or distracted, the attack and its effects disappears immediately. I hope to eventually have Harmonia corrupt - probably right before becoming an Eternal - although it isn't a main priority or main goal, it's just something I can see her doing later on down the line given her personality and sphere. I haven't really plotted it with anyone yet - I'd like to actually have her first so that neither the people I plot with, nor myself, end up settin gup for something that might never happen, but here is the bare basics of what I have in mind, keeping in mind that it may not ever happen;
Why Corrupt? 1. What development has your character been going through that adds up to the possibility of a switch? Let's face it - the Order faction doesn't really have a good sense of the phrase 'team work' and for a senshi of cooperation, it's just infuriating. In the beinning she'll try hard - damned hard - to strive for teamwork within the senshi. She'll try and form a team but it will fail, and meetings like the most recent ambushed one will drive her absolutely batshit up the wall. Eventually her frustration will build to a point where she snaps and goes and offers herself to the Negaverse.
2. What events are going to lead up to the switch, and how does the switch itself happen? Starts team - team fails - tries to preach the importance of teamwork to her fellow senshi - repeatedly face palms at petty arguements her peers have that undermine the sense of unity and teamwork - get buddy buddy with a Nega or two who explain to her the teamwork and organization within the Negaverse, which will start to lul her in - Finally snap after a senshi meeting and gives herself over to the Negaverse. 3. What is your character going to be doing AFTER the switch? What do you see as their role in their new faction? Her powers are a good support for the Negaverse, offering a boost in battle, and serve to further emphasize and symbolize what it is that Order lacks when it comes to power to win this war. 4. What is the effect on their memories? Do they remember their civilian or powered life? She will remember the reason(feelings behind) why she left the side of Order, but not any events or people. She'd also lose some memory of people and things that happened in her civilian life, but retain knowledge of her hobbies, likes, etc, but how it came to be will be foggy, therefore she will retain much of her personality.
Given the infrequency of large senshi meetings and the difficulty of getting any sort of functioning group together, it really would be a long term plot that may or may not come to fruition, and this is largely here to show one direction I have thought about potentially taking her.

I hadn't noticed this quest before, but I wanted to let you know that the name Concordia is already taken by a Knight.
Despite the fact that one is an asteroid and the other is a location on earth, and therefore two different things I think it will still be too confusing and it goes against the rule of powered names not being used more then once.
Sorry for the inconvience!

Hey, Fayth!
Most of this looks good, so I'll try to be succinct!
For her civilian: This looks good! I like how she's written and cannot wait to see her played!
For her powered: First of all, I express extreme hesitance with being told that she is going to corrupt right off the bat. I know that corrupt senshi are supposed to be rare but if you have a good enough plot and reasoning behind it, then it is totally acceptable—but as it stands now, I don't feel like I need to know that you plan to corrupt her. It's okay if you have plans or ideas for what you want for her, but if the whole purpose of this character is just to corrupt her, then I feel like referencing the senshi faction information is a necessity. There, it is stated that "we do NOT condone corrupting your senshi for novelty's sake. Please don't be disappointed if we say no -- faction switches for senshi are supposed to be rare/plot driven, and should happen for a GOOD REASON."
Some of the reasons that you've included for why she has corrupted make sense [ie, she wants a team and organization that the senshi don't have] however I think discussion of her corruption should be sent in after she is an established character and she has a legitimate reason to want to corrupt/roleplays to back it up. I know you said that it is only a possibility and only might happen, so my suggestion is just to play her as a white moon senshi and see where roleplay develops her! That being said, if you splice out your basic idea for her corruption from this application and save it until after these beliefs and ideas have developed through roleplay, I would feel much better about it!
Now, when it comes to her attacks, I think you've got a neat idea for attacks, but I think you're selling yourself short! Unless I'm reading it wrong, her first two attacks just boost her allies' cooperation? I feel like this could leave Harmonia with a huge disadvantage in battle—especially if she is fighting an enemy by herself.
I think, if you'd be interested in alternatives or suggestions, you could get away with making her opponents more cooperative—with some catches. One of the definitions of cooperation is "Assistance, esp. by ready compliance with requests," which I think Harmonia could utilize against her opponents.
Looking at her first attack, if you were interested in using this tweak, you could keep the same limitations [ie, four foot circle around her, mostly affects basic level characters/etc, she must focus on it, can last for a minute] except it would make enemies of opposing factions more compliant to Harmonia's requests [which would need clarification on what was acceptable; ie, killing/massively maiming/swapping factions/revealing identity would not work, but requests like sit down/stop fighting/let's have a chat/scram would work]. An option like this, however, would probably need some tweaking on parameters and duration; an attack like that would probably be better suited to last for less than a minute—probably only around half that time, and for the attack to affect all opponents within her four foot circle might be a bit much for a basic stag, so it could probably only affect one opponent (and then for her second stage it could affect two or last longer).
For her eternal attack, it doesn't totally read as cooperation to me [and also has a similar problem with being a potentially useless attack if she does not have an ally with her] so I'd be inclined to suggest maybe an upgrade of her super attack—or something that, if I was reading the attack, I would definitely know that Harmonia was the senshi of cooperation.
So! Long story short, I think you have a wonderful profile here and the only thing I want to touch on are the attacks, just to make sure you don't get saddled with a character that has the potential to wind up with a severe disadvantage when it comes to battles, so if you have any questions or want to discuss something I've said (or make any changes!) feel free to quote me and I'll be back as soon as possible!

Thanks - I'll work on the attacks and likely use what you've suggested.
And I'll put the Corruption information in smaller text to show that it's more of an idea/route I've thought about, and not a major thing. I try and think about where I can take a character if I get them when I'm writing a profile, and really it was the more obvious of the ideas, given recent events, though it certainly isn't the main goal or priority, and simply mentioned because it was one route I'd certainly thought about taking her. =3
