It was that same darkness which another soul lingered the solemn atmosphere, for this mare it was along side the creek which snaked its way through the woodlands. She wasn't sure entirely why she couldn't sleep as of late, her days long and lifeless that perhaps her body desired to become nocturnal so she could at least get some excitement. Long had been the days since she'd seen her family, her parents often together or apart for short times while her mother took to the skies and her father trained relentlessly. Even her sister the amazon type warrior she was striving to get stronger and better, her brother....well she didn't have very much of a bond with him and it had been even longer since their last meet.
Zaiella did occasionally visit her other family, for a lack of anything better to do. Occasionally she pondered about who'd she'd met on her travels and wonder faintly how they were fairing...but that was all it was.
"Have I really...done nothing?" She sighed, no longer young as she was getting on in her years, and the mare couldn't recall anything spectacular she'd done at all. How boring was she? Although she saw a good chunk of the lands...she'd been alone. She didn't come from a broken home, or a hard life...it was simply solitary, and she often felt that maybe she was destined for a quiet life.
She was a wind who couldn't fly, so she assumed in a way she brought it upon herself that she found walking everywhere boring.
None the less she continued on as the moonlight played along her light pelt and wings tucked against her sides. Her ears kept alert as she knew often or not the night wasn't entirely safe at what lurked in the darkness. None the less the mare hummed softly to herself as her light frame walked steadily along the shore line; her song slow like a lullaby to the night itself.
