If you guys don't learn to get along I personally will be leaving the guild . . . and where will it be then? I am the only one running it after all!

Here's a bit of something I read in a devotional recently . . .
Our Journey, Dec. 2005
We Need One Another
Think of the potential for division that is present in the diversity of our spiritual gifts. Someone who possesses the gift of mercy finds it hard to deal with the prophetic that sees sin clearly and demands that people buck up, or pack up. The mercy person hurts with the fallen; the prophet is repelled by the seeming softness on sin that is reflected in the mercy giver. Teachers fault exhorters for lacking depth of content; exhorters fault those with the gift of teaching as being dull, cognitive, and tedious. Mercy people need prophets to strenghthen their views of truth and sin. Prophets need mercy people to teach them about compassion.
(Much other stuff but I'm just going to skip to the closing prayer).
Jesus, thank you for the ways you gift your people. Help me to appreciate and to better understand the gifts that others possess. May the sum of our gifts bring glory and honor you.
Think hard about whether or not this argument is worth continuing . . . if it is then a lot of people will be leaving.

All we've though about is just taking a hiatus to see if things calm downed. I've decided to wait just a little while longer before I take mine though, cause it seems that it might just be settling.

why can't we all just get along? I'll tell you why. Because we sit and bicker over differences and only see our own way. that attitutde is bound to cause friction. Yopu know who you are. You guys are not always right, get over it.

Nice to know that you're always right though. But if you are always right, then I'm glad to be wrong.
