General setting: The open canopy is a series of simple wooden structures that may see at first, rather precarious, especially while climbing upwards. The structures themselves are actually rather sound and ironically, rather comfortable looking, similar in style to the dorm rooms, only much larger. Foliage and trees cover up a good portion of the view, but from the ground up, like all the other structures in the clan, the drop down would be rather far OOC gaia_crown [General ORP Mechanics] : This is an ORP THREAD FOR ALL. OOC: You obtain TWO Four Clans points which you can redeem in OOCLY. 21 - 40: There are remnants of small animal skeletons, skulls, and bits of feathers scattered all over the room. You notice that the floor also has deep claw marks. 41 - 60: You hear a strange shrieking noise, as you look out, you notice a series of bird-like minipets perched next to this place. They are holding something shiny in its beak: what looks like a small piece of stone with a strange engraving on it. OOC: You obtain ONE Four Clans point which you can redeem in OOCLY. 61 - 80: You notice a single painting in the room, featuring a rather bloody, but illustrative, depiction of several Clan members of war cutting off the heads of what look like humans. OOC: You obtain ONE Four Clans point which you can redeem in OOCLY. 81- 100: The small fireplace inset in stone seems to contain bits and pieces of burnt, charred notes. One of them looks like a map, and another one says the words " A-CA-PSE"

ENTERING
Examining the island from the Observatory wasn't really helpful, since the whole surface was covered with an endless sea of trees swaying in the wind. However, the ghoul managed to notice an interesting place not too far from, and took a brief walk this way.
There was a series of wooden structures, probably houses organised on the trees. Looks like that was a common architectural solution here, on War. Shenny wondered for a moment, why do War clansmen really need this type of accommodation. From what she has seen before, horsemen's habits and ways of life were quite natural according to the general climate and landscape of their islands. Thus, Famine clan dwells in the caverns, because of the hot and arid weather; Death clansmen, on the contrary, dwell in crater, close to lava torrents, because the climate outside is too cold. So why would War folks build their homes on trees?.. The only logical solution the ghoul had in mind was some huge and dangerous predators living on ground. Shenny shivered.
Moving the foliage and branches, the sorceress explored the area a bit, but same as the observatory, it looked empty and abandoned, not a single soul here. The huts were staring at her sadly.

Feeling curious, Shenny decided to abuse the absence of clan members, and take a quick look at the rooms inside the huts. Nobody will notice, right? The interior was surprisingly comfortable, nothing like sharp blades poking out of the floor. Rooms were clean, beds were huge and convenient, in fact much more convenient than their dorms back on Famine and Death.
Shenny noticed a vivid painting on one of the walls, and studied it for a moment. It was quite realistic and colourful: several War clansmen were cutting of the heads of some weak younglings... Shenny realized it was humans. Interesting.

He had been here once before, during his stay on the Isle of War; he was with Amphi then, and- Ah. He stopped to admire a painting he had seen previously - a rather gory painting of some Horsemen of War decapitating some humans. After the class on the Isle of Death, however, he found himself wondering if this was one of those... 'Things that had happened in the past' paintings rather than just a decoration.

As he continued walking, he stumbled upon some huts which looked rather empty; then again, the Horsemen did say something about a conference earlier... Could the occupants of the huts be away for this seemingly important meeting?
Either way, those huts were obviously abandoned.

JD entered the only other area currently open to the students. It was actually nice, in a tropical paradise kind of way. Just watch that first step though, it was a doozy...
Which he nearly made. Something shrieked in one of the branches above him, and he jumped, stumbling right next to the edge. As he recovered and looked up, he saw the beady eyes of a few bird minipets glaring back down at him. One had something in its beak - some kind of token...
It dropped it and flew off with his fellows, and JD pocketed it uncertainly.

West was looking for a wolf in the trees.
No matter how stupid of an idea that he knew this was, he still continued to do it. He heard a shriek. Clearly that was a wolf, right? He made his way over to the open windowish thing and peered down into the leaves below. There was another shriek. He looked up, but instead of seeing an emo wolf howling in the trees, he saw a row of birds.
"Go on, get outta here!" he said, waving his arms at the animals. The largest one cawed again, swooping past his head and depositing a token at his feet. Weirdos.

As he pocketed his dubious treasure, West's attention was caught by a strange stone fireplace. He didn't really think it was a good idea for the War clan to be building with stone in the middle of the trees, but their structures seemed sound enough. It wasn't like he was a damn architect or anything.
He strolled over to the ashy bits of paper and toed a couple of them with his boot. They were interesting, he supposed, even though he had no idea what the remnants actually meant.

All of a sudden, the loud crazy bird from before dove back into the room. Any attention West had been paying the fireplace was directed back at the winged menace as he waved his arms and shouted obscenities at it. The boil heard the faint thunk of another token hit the ground and his tirade cut off short as he bent to pick it up. This was kind of ridiculous.

The rustle of something from above, yet not an animal is sight, a small package hands precariously on a branch, almost out of reach. It doesn't look to have been hanging there very long, and probably dropped down from branches even further up above. Strangely there is no wind, and it doesn't seem like anything was moving around that far up. So how did it get there?

It is a mystery. OOC [ Rare item chance! Four Clans Parcel ]: Occasionally, in ANY ORP THREAD a GM may drop a chance item called a Four Clans Parcel. It could fall from the sky, it could be hanging on a branch, it could be discarded on a pile of scraps, it could be anywhere. However, when a GM posts this chance opportunity, it means the first student to quote the GM ONLY (remove text please) and write an RP reaction to the post will obtain the item. Be sure to include minipet SN as well. IC BONUS: The person who quoted the item will get a small IC bonus, which a GM will quote you for OOCly, it could be a healing item, an item that gives battle buffs etc. Make sure to keep it handy on your character, in order to use the item, make sure that you QUOTE ITS EFFECT OOCLY and WHERE (the link of the gm item grant) YOU OBTAINED IT. - OOC BONUS: On site this gives you a bonus. Visit HERE to turn them in! They will give you a random set of clans tokens AND a chance at ANY Four Clans minipet guaranteed! - Please be fair and only claim one parcel per student per day. You cannot hop threads to another place if you have not exited the area/ posted the appropriate enter/exit posts to portals as needed.

Amphi stared as she headed to the canopy. The package, whatever it was, was just out of her reach. She should be looking for Thanatos since she told him she would meet him there but....
It had been so shiny and so...there.
"I'll get you little fellow!" She reached out, attempting to get the small parcel before it dropped to the ground and was lost forever.iStoleYurVamps Minis: Nyxtsuki Moon

Amphi, with parcel tucked somewhere on her person's attempted to sneak up on the Moira reaper. She thought she was stealthy and quick as she moved behind him and whispered in his ear.
"I...got...you!" She flushed as she set back down on her toes and looked around. "Thanatos.." She moved to admire the silky clothing he wore, where as hers looked like muted down drapes. "Were you at the Isle of...Conquest? They have such nice clothing from there if I heard right...." She waited a beat before, "Or...Or maybe Isle of Death? I didn't see you on Famine...." She looked to Biskoto next who got a automatic kiss on the nose and pat on the head. "Good evening Biskoto."
Amphi looked from the canopy to the huts where War's soldiers made their homes. Oddly enough, they were abandoned. Almost ghostly so.

Meixiang was in awe of the open canopy. The buildings and walk ways that littered the trees were amazing! She had never seen anything like it in all her life. These War Clansmen were certainly different from the others she had encountered. Much different, though not to be unexpected in the least.
Climbing a set of stairs that wound around the trunk of a large tree, she soon found herself inside one of the tree top rooms. There a stone fireplace was still slightly smoldering and what seemed to be bits of paper stuck out from the almost burnt out coals. Was that a map? What was "A-CA-PSE"?
More and more mysteries it seemed.
