Okay so to sum everything up i want to wear heels.
But i think i am to tall to wear heels (i'm 5`6)
because if i do wear them i am just going to look taller
and what is worst is that all my friends are short with me wearing them > . <
So do you girls have any advice on being tall and wearing heels

Personally I don't think your too tall for heels.
If you want to wear heels then wear them!
I'm going to assume that you are wearing them to a dance/party...?
Here is what I do. Now I've always been tall for my age. At the age of 13 I was already 5' 7 1/2" and am about 5' 8 - 8 1/2" now. meanwhile almost all of my friend's are shorter then me.(my bestie is only 5' 3"!) so usually I'll wear heels to dances and party's but after about an hour my feet usually hurt so I'll take them off. Or it's just a bit awkward being even taller then my friends so I'll take them off.
So you can always wear heels to the event, show off your long legs then take them off (with whatever excuse you want to use) later if things are uncomfortable.

You're definitely not too tall.
I wear heels often because I'm very short (only 5'2.5") and my boyfriend towers over me if I don't.
One of my best friends is 6'0" (I know, she's soo tall!) and she says she loves wearing heels because they make her legs look awesome.
If you want to wear heels, wear them.

I wear heels day in and day out, they are usually 3 - 4 inches high, and I'm the same height as you.

I dont think that you are too tall for heels, but if you are concerned, maybe wear a heel that isn't as tall.
I am taller that nearly all my girl friends, so I stick to wearing flats, because they are nearly like a head shorter.
You definately aren't to tall to wear them, but if you are concerned about making your friends fel short, stick to a lower heel emotion_awesome

models wear heals and they tall. this girl at my old school was the tallest one there maybe like 6 5? I wear em for speical events cuz me feet hurt alot with heals and im 61.

Your not too tall at all!! At least i hope your not, because I'm 5'7 and I'm always staggering about in heels. if you feel self conscious just start with really little heels and build up to higher ones

I am tall and I try to wear heels whenever I can because I never get to dress up like a girl right now and my little's sister's taller than me... I'm fourteen and 5'7 and she's twelve and 5'8 and still growing... And I used to be one of the tallest girls in my grade when I started middle school, but now I'm considered short by most of my friends. Plus heels make me feel way more confident! You're never too tall to wear heels! <3

Remember: tall people are considered very attractive.
I admit there have been times when I was afraid the heels I was wearing were making me seem too tall, but then that's why I don't go for sky-high heels. I say, if you want to wear them, wear them, and don't worry about being 'too tall.' A lot of people would love to be taller.

You're not too tall to wear them. I'm exactly five foot and wear three inch heels..so your height is perfect

I'm also 5'6 but I like high top sneakers, and if I have to go to a party I'd wear flats.
I have bad experience with high heels...
But I don't think you'd be too tall. Afterall, I'm taller than all my friends by at least a head.
