 Welcome to Oculus, the largest city in all of Sol. An estimated million people live in Oculus. It's a large city, towering over everything around it. And it would have to, most of Oculus' land outside of the city is dry, barely habitable land. Oculus is a busy city, airships always fly around it, docking and leaving the city. The City is split into three levels, the Lower Levels, populated by the impovished and criminals, a giant ghetto. The Mid-levels towers over it on the 2nd level, made up of the middle-class workers, the traders, the businessmen. The Mid-Levels have a high quality of living. At the top of the city is the Magus District, with only a thousand people living in it, it's populated by Sorcerors, intellectuals, and Heroes honored by the city, those who live in the Magus District are either beyond the law, or are the law. The entire city is under the authoritarian government of the Ordinatus, marked by the symbol of the all-seeing eye. The soldiers of the eye are everywhere, watching everything, keeping peace. Even the Lower Levels are not beyond the law, if anything breaks the status quo, the Ordinatus will send soldiers into even thta district, thought to be long forgotten by the government. Heroes are highly valued and seen as saints by the Ordinatus, that doesn't make this place a bad place for a Hero, as long as they don't mind working for an Authoritarian government.

After days of travailing , Elizabeth Garrick was home the sight of seeing Occuls still around and flourishing put her mind too ease. *sigh* still standing eh?she said in a rough british accent sounding more like a man then a women, having her left eye blind she had too turn her head too see everything .She scratch the side of her head then smiles softly as she starts too walk off chewing the piece of strew in her mouth. ( no not a MacDonald straw are anything lol ) Maybe she would run into her sister but that was just a thought she knew that her sister probably changed a lot and mostly forgot that she excited but it didn't matter if only if she got too see her again.know that she was alive that was all she needed to see .The only thing is she did not know she went by Nobless now, she heard that name after traveling too Occuls hmmm Nobaless .....who could that be ? She asked herself , still walking through the roads of her old neighborhood. Thinking deeply about the past but never really showing it , her tough personality would never let her show it not anymore.

Zutaka Meku Power of The Shade The Shades Eye.... Zutaka appered standing on a roof, looking down at all the people walking "So, im finally back, after one full year, i am back in Oculus, i wonder if Kirin is still in the city, and what about Legend, i suppose i will just have to find out." Zutaka muttered to himself as he watched the people before he darted off towards the Magus district jumping roof to roof. ...Will help in your destruction.

Liz stops once shes sees her old house, with out hesitation she walks in and looks around. No one has been here for years Old as hell I see...about time I got too work Which a crack of her neck, she begins too fix up this old house........ After hours past she end up turning it into a Inn and black smith Now it can have it's uses instead of rusting away she put one final touch a sign that said Crescent Inn / Black smith a Garrick inc. Guess I'll look around some more Liz turns her back on the inn and walks off, taking in all the sights and sounds of her old home town it was truly wonderful experience .

His scar prominent and his long, thread like black hair waving in the wind. A single chain wrapped around his body. It seem to constrict him, like a boa suffocating his prey. A sword lazily hung on his back that swung back and forth. The man's own expression was that of an apathetic demeanor.
His eyes milky white gazed around and peered at the two. "Some of these people look like good bounties....but really nothing. I need to find something...More money...All I need is money...Nothing but Money" He wandered around. He seemed as if he was on the verge of death, his pale lithe body showed fully his bones and muscles.
"Are they even worth it?" He grumbled

Liz feels a chill running down her spin, something was...Really off , she turns around only too see some pale looking man if ti was a man . Liz spits on the ground and continues too walk off she had things too do and see. Huh...... Freaking weirdo If this dude wanted too rumble she was more then ready, with four Chambers medium size pistol, a sleek and deadly sharp Samurai blade, throwing daggers , martial arts , and a hidden short sword Yeah bring Jack skeleton. Cutting a corner she kept her slow and easy going peace and ''aura'' showing that she was relaxed and calm.

Liz was now walking on a bridge with running water under it, it was not that high up and one could look down into the slow moving river too see there reflection. Crossing her arms and leaning on the rial she looks down at her own face, she slowly opens her blind eye it was milky white. pfft what a ugly mug she sees roughly spitting the straw into the river , watching it get taken by the water she smiles laughing a bit . For a dead guy he was kinda cute.....Nah no man would ever want a chick like me she says closing her blind eye and smirking calmly closing her other eye Maybe one day She opens her eye her good eye and looks up at the blue sky Heh....Man she said that with a sarcastic tone. Zutaka Meku Power of The Shade The Shades Eye.... Zutaka was reaching the Magus District before he just stopped and sighed "Am i truly ready to return, am i strong enough...?" Zutaka looked at back and then up towards the Magus District "No...i dont think i am truly ready, yet i feel like i need to tell Kirin i am back." Zutaka continued up towards the Magus District up to where had first had sat upon looking down at the entrance to the chambers "I hope she is here, i have a present for her."
