Welcome to the Trade Capital, the Capital of the Trade Alliance and home to the Board, the ruling body of the Trade Alliance. The Trade Capital, unlike the majority of the rest of the Trade Alliance, has little in shop or ware. It is a giant corporational building, one giant bank or company of sorts, an office building the size of a city. The mysterious Chairman lives at the highest point in the city, while the menial workers live at the bottom, this is a design taken by from Oculus, or rather perfected from Oculus. The Trade Capital may be one giant office building, but that doesn't mean it's boring by a longshot. Shadowy business goes on behind closed doors, Heroes and Villain won't need to look far to get themselves a few jobs. It's a busy city, with many secrets.
