 Downtown. A busy place. A place where anyone and anything could blend in. A place where those down on their luck can make easy pickings of people. A Zune was doing just that, except he wasn't down on his luck. Nope. He was doing it for fun and to keep his skills sharp until his next big job. And when one had another Zune to take care of too, one needed the extra dough. So there Alexandr was, picking pockets, half paying attention, half thinking about his daughter and about the female he helped the other day.

 Another Zune made her way down the busy street. She was doing a quick errand for Fennec Zune she had been living with. She had a lot on her mind, mostly things she had to do... and of course that strapping young Zune she met. A slight blush came across her cheeks and she wasn't paying attention. Then she hit something... Someone. "O-Oh! I'm so sorry..." The collide made her drop various items she had in a bag she carried with her tail.

Alexandr had been following after his next mark when someone ran into him. He was all set to say something equally rude as being ran into when a feminine voice spoke up. "It's perfectly all right miss." Readjusting his hat, which had been jostled, Alexandr smiled as he saw who it was. "Why hello again Miss." He spotted the fallen objects. "Oh, let me help." He gathered up some of the items and handed them over to the female. "And how have you been doing?"

When Annie looked up it was someone she had ran into before! "Oh! It's you!" She let out a light giggle. "We need to start meeting under different circumstances." She smiled and thanked him for helping her pick up the mess she had made. "What brings you out here this busy day?" Annie continued to smiled as she looped her tail back through the handles of the bag.

Alex laughed. "Indeed. Though I must say I prefer bumping into a lady like yourself instead of another male." He moved to where the flow of traffic was passing him, and not Annie. "Nothing really. Enjoying a beautiful morning. And yourself? Are you settling in alright?"

"Although, some males are rather pleasant to bump into." Annie giggled. "I was picking up some things for a friend of mine. She has a small place right outside of the city. She is a Fennec so I offer to go out for her." She smiled, Annie didn't mind doing the house work, she was just happy to have somewhere to stay.

Alex shrugged. "Depends on perspective I guess." And if one swung that way. The male smiled and nodded his head slightly. "I'm glad you're doing well and that you have someone to help you." He looked around them before back at Annie. "If you do not have to be back right away, perhaps I can treat you as an apology for causing your purchases to fall on the ground?"

Annie smiled at Alex. "I suppose you could. If anyone asks... I got lost." She giggled. Though, the sad thing was, Sage would believe her. "So where are you taking me? Or is it supposed to be a surprise?"

Alexandr chuckled. "Oh? Lying to people are we? Tsk tsk tsk." He tilted his head slightly, not enough to make his hat fall, but enough to show he was thinking. "If you want to, I can show you around so that way next time you run an errand you don't 'get lost'." He straightened up. "Or you can pick since its your treat."

Annie thought for a bit. "I don't know many places around here so... Surprise me!~" She then giggled a bit. "And it's not a 100% lie either... " She had an awkward smile on her face. "When I left the store I headed the opposite way I was supposed to go... aha..." Annie rubbed the back of her head, behind her ear... She hardly had a sense of direction.

Alex laughed. "Perhaps you should start carrying a map around." Alex looked left and right, trying to decide where to take Annie. "I hear there's a street fair or something around here if you would like to go." He shrugged. "Or I can lead you to the best way to get back where you need to go."

A map... Ahaha... Yeah. She tried that and it didn't work out too well. Her head then tilted slightly. "Street Fair? What's that?" She looked about the same way Alex did., thinking she would see what it was

"Street fairs is like a carnival. You got games, stuff to buy, music, stuff like that. But instead of being large and something you have to pay for, its a block or two and absolutely free." He grinned. "Except for anything you buy."

Annie's tail wagged. "That sounds like fun!" She bounced happily in the direction she assumed was where the fair was. Now that she had thought about it, she had heard of them once, they had tasty treats. Thinking of it made her stomach growl a bit.

Alex laughed as he fell into step with Annie. "After a couple blocks we need to go to the right or else we'll walk right past it." Maybe he'd win something for Alexis. He'd never live it down or hear the end of it if he got home and his girl found out where he was and didn't bring anything for her.
