Relocated after the Jishaku incident, the new Sunagakure Realty is located near the outer edges of the administrative District. It is a cramped office, with one desk at the very back of the room, and filing cabinets lining two walls, the back wall, and the wall to the left of the desk. In these files are information about every building and empty lot in the village, as it is the only place to go to buy housing.
Housing
Small Home: 5,000 – This quaint little abode can be used as a safe place to lay your head, and store your stuff. The door even comes with a lock.
Large Home: 15,000 – A good sized home, with a good sized yard, this could be a perfect place to invite your friends for a party, or even just train, if you outfit it as a training grounds.
Compound: 50,000 – The favored home of the rich and famous, these compounds have multiple houses in them, along with the best yards in the city. If you're the head of a rich clan, you probably want a compound.
Other – Other buildings will be priced according to their relation to the ones on this list for size and usage.
All player owned buildings are taxed at a rate decided by the local Kage. If the tax is not paid, the Kage may enact the Demolition mission on your building.
In lieu of taxation, any building left inactive for over three months is at risk of demolition. A tax may be applied to regularly active buildings.
Any thread created without going through this thread will be immediately at risk of demolition, at the creator's expense.
