Description
One who has access to this kekkei genkai has a body made entirely of Oracle Cells. Now, what does this mean you ask? Well, it means a lot.

First, one does not have a "human heart." Rather, they have a baseball sized core that can be moved once every 20 posts while standing still for 3 seconds.

Next; being made from only oracle cells, an "Oracle" does not have a circulatory system. As such, poisons, paralysis and muscle relaxers only work if applied to his core or some type of unconventional means is used. Because of this, they also will not be able to bleed out, though they can "fake" bleeding to appear normal or wounded by allowing oracle cells designed to look like blood to separate from their body.

Also, stemming from this same principle an oracle can regenerate a lost body part by expending a small amount of chakra to accelerate the multiplication of their oracle cells so long as their core is not damaged. An oracle can be silenced by removal of the brain, but an oracle can only be truly killed by destroying the core. In cases of a destroyed brain the core needs only to be supplied with a large chakra source which will cause it to self restore the brain and body.

Oracles also all eventually learn, or rather awaken, a jutsu called "Devour." This jutsu allows one to steal the very essence of their opponent allowing for a few bonuses. For more info, see the actual Devour jutsu below.

• God Arc¿ ⇨ S - Rank ⇨ Sword¿ ⇨ (6 pts.)
This is Sakakis favorite weapon. This sword is crafted from the bone of an unknown creature said to have once swam the seas surrounding Namigakure; the density and durability of this bone rivals that of diamond. This swords uniqueness doesn't end there though. With enough chakra this sword can send up a beam into the sky that creates a very special lightning storm. The storm will descend a cascade of lightning bolts on every third post the user makes. To determine whether or not one has been struck, each fighter present in the thread must roll a six sided die. If the number is a 5 or a 6, they will be targeted by the lightning. The wielder of this blade, however, is immune to the lightning in question. These bolts of lightning are not lethal, but are fairly crippling, if not incredibly painful. As usual, the target has a chance to block, dodge, intercept, etc. the lightning bolts. This jutsu will disperse on the user's twelfth post after activation (4 uses).

Clan Techniques

• Devour ⇨ A - Rank ⇨ Technical ⇨ (5 pts.)
When using this jutsu the user will extend their chakra through their arm or a medium (used only for additional reach; examples include a large stick or sword) and create a type of 'monster' (check around 6:10 for the black thing biting the dead creature). When the monster takes hold of something it will begin to literally devour it; it'll even devour the target's chakra and chakra network. The target must be dead, or heavily wounded. Once something has been devoured the user of this jutsu will receive several benefits.

First off, they will be able to use the jutsu, "Oracle Transformation," to turn into an exact copy of that person. The only differences will be their list of jutsu and releases; this aspect of the ability can not copy kekkei genkai. Following suit, this person's appearance, with the same rules applied, can be applied to the jutsu, "Oracle Clone."

Secondly, the user of this jutsu will be allowed to copy some of their opponent's jutsu. This aspect of the technique can not copy SS rank techniques and can only copy a maximum of 6 points worth of jutsu per devour.

Lastly, the user of this jutsu will be able to copy one of their opponent's releases. This aspect of the technique can only copy 1 release per devour, and can not copy more than 2 releases throughout the user's lifespan. I.e. the user can eventually have a total of 5 releases.

• Oracle Transformation ⇨ A - Rank ⇨ Technical ⇨ (5 pts.)
When using this jutsu the user can turn into an exact copy of any person or animal he has devoured. The copy is so exact to mimic the chakra system and appearances that no known doujutsu can tell the difference. The problem lies in that the user of this jutsu can not copy the entire jutsu list of the person they are turning into, nor their kekkei genkai. If it is an animal, they will also lack the instincts, and will only receive minor improvements in perception if the animal calls for it. An Oracle Transformation can last up to 20 posts.

• Oracle Clone ⇨ A - Rank ⇨ Technical ⇨ (5 pts.)
Horrifyingly similar to Shadow Clones, this jutsu can create a clone of the user composed entirely of oracle cells. These clones are exact copies of the user in every way, period. There is no known doujutsu that has managed to tell the difference. Once more, these clones can be used to create clones of devoured persons; the only difference between the original there is that this clone will have Sakaki's jutsu and not said person's. An Oracle Clone is, however, not without limitations; Oracle Clones are only stable enough to hold together for 5 posts since they lack the traditional "oracle core."

• Alpha Shift ⇨ A - Rank ⇨ Technical ⇨ (5 pts.)
When using this technique one can manipulate their body in such a manner that they can copy the parts of any animal they have devoured, encountered several times, or have extensive anatomical knowledge of. If one so desired, they could even turn into an animal. The parts copied with Alpha Shift will remain for up to four of the user's posts and can not provide any type of "magical" assistance. Only four animals can be copied per battle.

• Beta Shift ⇨ S - Rank ⇨ Technical ⇨ (6 pts.)
Beta Shift functions along the same principles as Alpha Shift above, but Beta shift allows the user to manipulate his body to shift into mythical creatures. As such, things such as Dragons, or Thunder Birds become possible. More directly, or simply put, it allows the user to create parts that can function with "magic". I.e. if the user turned his hand into the head of a dragon, it could indeed breath fire. Parts copied by Beta Shift will remain for three of the user's posts. Only two creatures can be copied per battle.

• Delta Shift ⇨ S - Rank ⇨ Technical ⇨ (6 pts.)
Delta Shift works along the same lines as Alpha and Beta shift, but is used to mimic the parts of Summons. This can only be used to mimic the parts of Summons that the user has Devoured, or been explicitly informed of the anatomical knowledge on the Summon. If one were to be taught of the anatomical knowledge, it must be by the summon itself. Parts copied by Delta Shift will last for two of the user's posts. Only one summon can be copied per battle.


Ninjutsu

• Crystal Release: Crystal Carrier ⇨ E - Rank ⇨ Technical ⇨ (1 pt.)
This jutsu will create a steady flow of nearly invisible crystal powder that will spread out in the shape of a cloud from the user's hands. Being made of crystal, the powder gleams in strong light, and is easily visible that way. This powder is chakra encoded, as such it is easily visible with doujutsu as well. Anything the powder comes in contact with will then become a 'carrier.' The next two things that the carrier touches will also become carriers. This jutsu is used in junction with Crystal Release: Crystal Delivery.

• Crystal Release: Crystal Rose ⇨ C - Rank ⇨ Defensive ⇨ (3 pt.)
To perform this technique one forms a small crystalline rose bud in their hand. As an attack nears the user their body will be immediately "thrown" (The same concept as a flicker) to a location reflected on the rose's surface leaving the rose behind to take the hit. Upon contact the rose will shatter and provide the cause with the "carrier" status that Crystal Carrier creates; obviously, a fireball can not be given the carrier status, so in that situation it would be overlooked. This jutsu can be used twice per engagement and only once every 5 posts.

• Crystal Release: Bramble Seed ⇨ D - Rank ⇨ Offensice & Technical ⇨ (2 pts.)
Using this jutsu, the user will form a spike ball about the size of a baseball in the palm of their hand and throw it at the opponent. This jutsu is used in junction with Crystal Release: Scatter Shot.

• Crystal Release: Glass Eyes ⇨ C - Rank ⇨ Technical ⇨ (3 pts.)
This jutsu allows the user to create two small beads that will allow them to see anything reflected on their surface from up to a 150 foot distance. Doujutsu can be used on the creator of the beads through the bead, but it will be less effective.

• Static ⇨ B - Rank ⇨ Technical ⇨ (4 pts.)
When using this jutsu one will apply a special charge to the chakra in both of their hands, one positive, one negative. When the user touches something, the charge will be transferred into the object in question. Once two objects have been charged they will be so strongly magnetized that even two 500 lb boulders could be pulled together rather quickly from a distance of 25 feet; any further and the charge will have no effect. The charge will wear off on the target's second post; if inanimate objects were charged, on the user's second post.

• Firebolt ⇨ B - Rank ⇨ Technical ⇨ (4 pts.)
When using this technique one will focus a fifty-fifty mixture of fire and lightning chakra into the hand and create a small ball. When ready, the user can force out a lightning bolt made entirely of fire, but with all the same electrical properties as lightning. I.e., the fire will be "conducted" by metals and surge across a sword easily. This does not mean wooden objects are now immune, as the attack is still actually made of fire. This bolt created can travel up to 15 feet.

• Crystal Release: Crystal Delivery ⇨ A - Rank ⇨ Technical ⇨ (5 pts.)
Once this jutsu is activated, the crystal powder on any of the 'carriers' will began to crystallize and expand from the afflicted areas. The expansion is enough to stretch from one's hand (assuming it had fair coverage) to about half way up their forearm. Once this process has started the only way to stop it is to remove the infected areas or kill the user. The crystal involved will bond with the target, permanently, until the user dies or releases it.

• Crystal Release: Scatter Shot ⇨ A - Rank ⇨ Offensive ⇨ (5 pts.)
When using this jutsu the user will create a small crystal prism in their hand and blast concentrated light from the surrounding area or concentrated lightning chakra through it, thus focusing it into a small beam. The beam is very small, but has enough power to punch through a human without armor. This beam can be redirected or separated with the use of a special crystal prism.

• Crystal Spear Implosion ⇨ A - Rank ⇨ Offensive ⇨ (5 pts.)
When using this jutsu one will condense their chakra into a trail of crystal that has enough tracking capability to make a 180 after a semi-wide turn. On contact with a large enough object, or upon user's command, the crystal stream will burst into large shards around the target in the shape of jagged "spear-like" objects. These "spears" will then all shoot at the target piercing him from various angles. On average, the spears are at least 5 inches long and an inch in diameter.

• Spark Shot ⇨ A - Rank ⇨ Offensive ⇨ (5 pts.)
When using this jutsu the user will focus lightning chakra into the hand creating a ball of crackling electricity. The user will then hold their hand flat and face their palm at the target, firing the ball. The ball moves a fair bit faster than most shinobi, but runs on a very linear path and is only about as big as a baseball. Upon impact the ball will exploding creating an orb like spread around the target of sparking electricity cutting them off from support for a moment. The target won't experience much pain but they will find that themselves, and anything that got caught by the "blast" will have a heard time moving. They won't be paralyzed, but they will be stunned in such a way that they feel very heavy and a little numb; standard movement will be possible, but it will take a lot of effort. The effects of this will wear off on the target's third post of being afflicted.

Genjutsu

• Blood Lotus ⇨ B - Rank ⇨ Offensive ⇨ (4 pts.)
When using this jutsu the user will create several Lotus Petals in their hand and throw them at the opponent. These petals will have a very floaty and fluttery movement style as they race to their target making their exact destination very hard to predict. Upon contact the user will perceive a very large cloud, or storm, of Lotus Petals clustering around them. The petals they perceive will be moving with such force that they will cut their body numerous times causing great pain; but as this is a genjutsu, no real damage will be caused. This jutsu takes place in real time, so onlookers will see the target flailing around and screaming in an illusionary pain.

• Thunderclap⇨ A - Rank ⇨ Offensive ⇨ (5 pts.)
To perform this jutsu all the user must do is gather the necessary chakra and clap. Anyone who hears the clap, besides the user, will perceive a storm instantly forming (if there's not one already). The attack half of this jutsu is spread across three posts. On the first post the target's will see 3 bolts aimed at them from varying angles; on the second post, 2 and on the last post only 1. Upon contact with any of the bolts the user will feel a painful shock strong enough to drop them to their knees and knock the wind out of them (if someone is hit, they will not perceive impacts from the other bolts). The bolts are slow moving for lightning and rather loud, so they aren't too hard to dodge, but there are a few of them and the trigger is rather cheap.

General Background
Being the next AvatarOracle Paylor grew up very privileged. His family wasn't rich, but they were easily upper middle class and were always trying to help foster the growth of his abilities. Paylor never got along very well with his father; his dad wanted him to focus on politics and religion while Sakaki wanted to use his powers to help him learn as much as he could about the world. His mother was never really involved, since she simply submitted to what his father wanted for him.

Once Sakaki was old enough to move out he turned his childhood clubhouse into a lab of sorts and began building a library. He spent a lot of time in town buying books, trading services for books, doing every he could to get books on any kind of facts or history. At one point, he met a young beauty working in a hole in the wall antique store. Her name was Airi. Paylor fell head over heels in love with her. After several weeks of poking into the store to look at "the antiques" Airi had caught on and asked him out herself. It didn't take long and the two became inseparable. However, it wasn't much longer than that that the two became separated for life.

She never told Paylor, but she was very ill. By the time he had found out, it was too late. She had passed away the night before Paylor was going to tell her that he loved her. While at the funeral, a band of rogue shinobi showed up and torched the building hoping to cash in on a bounty for an Oracle in the world of Missing-Nin. Enraged, Paylor devastated the shinobi and the surrounding area, leaving only blood and fire in his wake. The news spread quickly and Paylor became an outcast. For the next ten years he lived off of the land and read through the thousands of books he had collected. That is, until The Massacre. It was about seventeen years ago, on Paylor's birthday actually. He was on his way to town for the first time in ten years when he noticed a large blast of lightning strike part of the village. Since the skies were clear, this was more alarming than one could imagine.

By the time Paylor had made his way to the village it was completely engulfed in flame as a battle between the villagers and an unknown force flooded out before him. Bodies lay everywhere. Paylor just stared for a moment before one of the attackers noticed him. Without blinking, the rogue rushed Paylor. Without blinking, Paylor incinerated him. His facial expression was very neutral, but his eyes seemed empty. Paylor began to walk through the village striking down enemies one by one effortlessly. By the time he had neared the middle of the village he had turned into a wolf and was ravaging the throat of what seemed to be the coordinator of the attack.

Villagers clamored around both amazed and afraid. Finally, Paylor paused. He could see the shocked looks on everyone's faces. Slowly, he backed away from his most recent kill and shifted back into his usual human self. Without speaking he drew his sword and activated its abilities. The clouds that it made quickly let loose a downpour of great intensity. After that he jumped into the water and shifted into a large turtle. He began swimming around splashing as much water onto the village as he could.

About an hour later, all of the fire seemed to be gone. By this point, Paylor was on the bridge leading out of the village. He took one last pause and looked back. Almost the entire village was there with blank stares focused on him. The two parties remained silent for a moment.

Clap. Clap-clap.

A slow clap began to ring out and Paylor's parents burst forth from the crowd. They were crying; but smiling. Everyone was. It seemed they were very grateful for Paylor's return. That day Paylor was welcomed back into the village with open arms. A few days later, he was nominated and elected as the seventh Namikage; by the sixth no less.

Sakaki has never concerned himself with religion, but he does believe that there is some kind of higher power, or at the very least an observer of sorts out there, and he wishes to meet with them some day.

Personality
Paylor is a very strange person finding the perfect combination of seriousness, casualness, formalness and insanity. While he may appear open and casual at first, his inner scientist is almost always at work often giving birth to strange responses, and moments of offset ambiance. While Sakaki has moments that make him look like a mad scientist, he is generally calm, quiet, and analytical. Despite all of this, Sakaki makes an effort to go on some kind of terribly dangerous exploration at least once a month, though he generally calls them hikes.
