Ace escorted Mel past a huge waiting line and up to the front. "Hey, kid, I don't know who you think you are, but you aren't special. Get to the back of the line." A large man said at the entrance. Ace smirked at the Man. "Oh, that's right. Phil said he was getting a few new employees. Well, then. I'm Theo Ace Hearts and this is my. . . Date." He said the the lat part hesitantly because he wasn't quite sure. The man' eyes went wide. "Oh, God. Um, I'm sorry. Is there any way that you can not mention this to Phil?" He said letting them pass. Ace put up his hand dismissively. "No problem." He smiled.

Ace was happy when Mel didn't object to the date. "No, Its really not. Your name is beautiful. Mine is just a name that was given to me as a way to erase my past. Ace suits me better anyway." A younger man walked over and smiled wildly at then. "Theo! Brother! it is so nice to see you here!" Phil had a thick Italian accent. He looked at Mel but pointed to Ace. "This Man saved the life and then my restaurant! A real hero! You are a lucky Lucky girl." he bowed to them. "Here are your menus. Can I get you two any beverages?" He was an uppity man.

"Nothing strong. Amretto would be fine." Ace said confidently. Phil nodded once . "Amretto it is. I will be back to take your orders. Miss Mel." He nodded his temporary goodbyes and left. Ace smiled at Mel. "That guy is insane."

Ace chuckled a bit. "Okay. Eccentric it is." He picked up his menu an looked through it. "What are you in the mood for, gorgeous?" His eyes scanned the menu. He didn't bother to look at any of the prices because he knew it was pricey, but he also knew that he didn't care.

Ace smiled at her. "spaghetti it is then. Anything else? You can have anything that you want." He liked eating out with Mel. She was nice company to have. He felt a bit more. . . Happier with her. Plus, sh was better that Mad any day.

"The weather?" Ace questioned confused. "Ya mean, people actually take that into consideration? I thought it was a myth that people actually cared about it." Ace remembered how little he ever talked to people and how little the conversation was ever about weather. He thought back to the castle, but threw it from his mind. He didn't want it spoiling his fun.

Ace thought for a second. He thought back to his room in the castle. "I suppose that I like the rain too. I like it when it when it hits the roof tops because I used to be able to sing to it. I love music, though it may seem like I don't care for much. I do care a lot for music." He smiled at her trying to forget the castle, but his mind could remembered the only thing good about the castle was the rain.
