The Open Obstacles

General Setting:

The open obstacles are located just a little away from the dormitory quarters. They span a fair chunk of the untamed portion of trees that populate the isle, littering the branches with nets, sharp spears, arrows, weapons, every single trap and surprise that you could possible think of. The goal of the obstacle is not to pass it as there seems to be no visible beginning nor end, but to simply get as far as you can

OOC: EVENT ROLLS AND PROMPT MECHANICS:

- When your student has arrived in this setting, you can CHOOSE to roll a 100-sided dice at any point in time. You can only do this twice per RP you make. Match your dice roll to the results below for a prompt/ small reaction that your student may discover. RP out results accordingly.

1-20: You make a spectacular start and get towards the canopy nets, climbing along them. However, you suddenly hear a snapping noise, and when you look down, your foot has been snared by a trap. Without warning, you go flying, right out of the obstacle course! Ouch!
21 - 40: You don't get very far, as some spears from the ground begin to fly at you, pinning you to a nearby tree. Yeah, someone's going to have to free you...
41 - 60: You finally pass the nets and spears and reach what looks like solid ground. Well that doesn't look too bad... that is until you step on a trap, a solid wooden crate trapping you entirely. It's gonna take a while for you to get out again.
61-80: At last you hit a rickety wooden bridge. The winds moving at what seem like ten thousand miles per hour make it impossible for you to fly past this obstacle. You cling to the bridge for dear life when suddenly - SNAP. Thankfully there is a net below... but its going to take a while to climb out.
81-100: You reach what you think is the end of the obstacle, cheering loudly. That is, until you notice a sign that says actual obstacle course ahead.(see below for horsemen point prompt)
- Horsemen point prompt! You also see something glint next to you, but is it just a trick of the light? Roll a 6-sided dice. If odd you obtain one horsemen point! You can only redeem a max of two from all prompt prps/orps your student is in per OOC 24 hours. You can redeem these here and here!

Mea was determined to get out and about under the beautiful canopy, but to be just there sounded boring to her. Each time she entered the dorms should see the obstacle course in passing and had often wondered about it. Today was the day she was going to solve the mystery and she had dragged a certain horse along with her to share in her company. "The horsemen are active and to catch up maybe we have to be active too. Active, then fill the belly, and be active again."

Once she had her mind made up she rarely changed it and with Fallow in tow came up to the set up obstacle course. Immediately releasing him she began to bounce in excitement, waving her arms over her chest happily and with a grin.

"Just look at it all, and all for us! We can do it!" The words "all for us" seemed to resonate over her words and her ears twitched to the meaning. With food she would hoard it and objects she would keep hidden - to share was to give away something special, something of meaning. It was rare, but not unheard of once she had grown accustomed to someone.

With another tug back at Fallow's sleeve she gave him a cheery look. "So what would you like to try first? If you want to go first that is, or I can or... we can both go."

Dragged along for the ride - fall? death? cruel torture? - Fallow peered after Mea into the beautiful canopy, and the obstacle course just beyond. His tail flicked in nervous excitement, and rumbling, he inched closer to the rabbit. While he'd grown enough of a backbone to deal with the hammocks they had to sleep in, the length between them on any given day and the ground below, this was a whole new level of backbone that he wasn't sure he had just yet. Curling his tail nervously, Fallow tried to cling to the excitement buried somewhere in his stomach and glanced over at Mea.

"Yes, yes, all for us, hmm."
He grinned toothily, stomping from foot to foot. "Let us begin then hmmhmm, no use sitting around I doubt." At the question though, he shrugged his shoulders a bit uselessly and leaned on Mea. "Let us both go at the same time," He suggested, if only because he wasn't quite interested in being in front of Mea, but he didn't want to get too far behind her either.

"You can lead the way, however,"
He rumbled, neon ears pulsing a vibrant light, "I think you shall be the better guide of us both, and maybe we will not fall either!"

Yeah, right.

Mea turned with a happy grin towards the horse and gave him another small tug on his sleeve. "Whatever you say, I promise if you fall I'll jump with you so then we can both fall so you're not stuck in the hospital area alone for the next couple of days, okay?!" She took in another breath of air as she finished her sentence and gazed out over the obstacle course. "No pressure." She said with a grin and nodded back. "Together is okay then!" She shouted, no longer afraid to be loud due to an appreciated lack of people telling her to shush. Some things about Conquest she would not miss.

With a steady pace she began her way forward, moving through a set of rings to begin with, laughing as she nearly tripped over a few, only catching herself at the last minute before moving out of them. "It's trickier than it looks." She said, blinking a few times as she glanced to the next area which appeared to be a vine over a pit of... she hoped it was mud.

Warily she looked it over and back to the vine. It would hold her weight, right? Grabbing a hold of it she jumped up and began to swing - only to forget to let go. Scrambling up higher she held onto it as all momentum left it and she sat still on it, staring back down towards the mud hole and the Puca she'd left nearby.

"Help!" She cried, frantically looking back towards him. "Er. If you can."
