Once you decline a request to join they can not submit another one. You have to invite them.

Ah i have been on Gaia for over a year and during that time span i have seen numerous accounts similar to this one, but yet it amazes me how people with obviously no social lives ( because if they behaved this around people they would probably get some heated stares...or around our more "ghettoish" kin-folk, they would get what i like to call, a major beatdown).
but i think people behave like this on gaia because they can hide behind their avatar and they dont have to face the person, so on this site they feel like "hey can speak my mind now" and then they start to blab intolerable and sometimes incoherent nonsense, but we have to learn to tolerate them....or just ignore them, belive me i got plenty of that when i first started this guild in guild forums wink

"no0b" is a play on the word "newb," short for "newbie." You know how a newbie is generally a new person who hasn't had enough experience to know better than to say some dumb things?? We were all newbs once...
A no0b on the other hand is someone who just plain decides to be stupid, whether they ARE new or they are actually seasoned members and still decide to act childish and dumb. rolleyes ] [EDIT: I wonder is there is an elaborate definition of "no0b" out there someplace, just like there was for "LAWL?" xd ]
