The atmosphere of the Isle of Death was quite nice, even when compared to the wild atmosphere of the Isle of War the week before.
Still, it seemed there were several ceremonies she needed to take note of, and Shehk was careful to make sure that she got on honoring those as soon as possible, finding a wandering Horseman to ask about such things, a curious look on her face.
She found that asking politely and bowing and thanking people for their time got her a lot of accomodation for her manners. Which was exactly what she wanted from it. Still, it seemed that there was quite a bit she could do and it took a while for her to decide what she wanted to do first.

Stepping out onto one of the pathways, Shehk paused looking down once. Wow, it was...pretty high up there, actually. She didn't seem to mind that as she walked along to make her offering.
She didn't mind until her foot slipped and she nearly tumbled off of the side of the pathway, tail prickling as she had to climb back up onto it. She was not in a mental condition to make a nice offering when she looked about ready to have a heart attack.
Shehk made a point to sit down for a minute out of the way to catch her breath.

With a little bit of steeling of her nerves after her near fall, Shehk made her way across the path to the altar where several of the priestesses sat, looking them over curiously until a horseman passing by her to a priestess knocked her down one of the paths. She passed them a look before she carefully moved forwards towards the priestess that was closest to her.
Oh, that was quite a serious looking woman, and yet Shehk kept moving forward, trying to hold in the slight nervous sweat that came over her as she drew closer, trying to not wring her gift too much.
Still, the priestess seemed to not approve of either Shehk nor what she'd brought with her, no matter how respectful the Pricolici was about her course of action.
She bowed lightly before she took her leave.She'd thought it smelled nice....
