THE LOTUS PAVILION General setting: The Lotus Pavilion is actually a series of floating pavilions, small in size, that hover over the water, covered in hundreds, thousands of blossoming lotus and lotus leaves. The bridges arch over the water, connecting to each other in series. This is considered a ceremonial spot for lovers, though it is often cleared during banquet hours for the Imperial family. Currently, the setting is empty, there are very few Conquest clans people milling around. OOC: EVENT ROLLS AND PROMPT MECHANICS: - When your student has arrived in this setting, you can CHOOSE to roll a 100-sided dice at any point in time. You can only do this twice per RP you make. Please do not MAKE more than 3 prps/orps (though you can join as many as invited) until you have finished them all (marked as FIN) Match your dice roll to the results below for a prompt/ small reaction that your student may discover. RP out results accordingly. 1-20: Your student looks up at the roof of the pavilion. The picture seems peaceful, but there seems to be one painting oddly out of place: of a Conquest member slaughtering several what look like humans rather graphically. It catches your eye for a second longer. 21 - 40: A Conquest clan member brushes past you, rather brusquely, giving you a strange dirty look. They are looking at your feet, and you notice that all the clan members in this pavilion are wearing special sandals except you. 41 - 60: You pass by a pavilion where several Clan members are seated in the center deep in meditation. It's best not to disturb them and talk quietly... (see below for horsemen point prompt) - Horsemen point prompt! You also see something glint next to you, but is it just a trick of the light? Roll a 6-sided dice. If odd you obtain one horsemen point! You can only redeem a max of two from all prompt prps/orps your student is in per OOC 24 hours. You can redeem these here and here! 61 - 80: You hear a strange, loud shout in the background, followed by what sound like weapons clashing. A little beyond the pavilion seems to be a small military training field. 81- 100: A clans member passes by you, speaking to you in a language you don't recognise at all. You blink, confused, and they too stare at you confused. They slowly amble off, muttering to themselves.

There was something about all the water and the flowers that had drawn Hel here after settling in at her new temporary dorm. Maybe it really was just how peaceful it was here. This was odd for her line of thinking usually. Hel loved it when it was busy, when it was nearly chaotic, but that was all the time had been before the arrival here at the Isles, and suddenly the change of pace wasn’t…that bad.
Stepping onto one of the floating pavilions, the valkyrie swayed a bit before steadying herself on a nearby railing. It was kind of trippy that these were floating on water…
She stilled though, as she looked nearby to see several horsemen mediating. Oh! The sight, oddly enough, brought a small, brief smile to her face. Here did seem like a good place to meditate, huh? She wondered if Shun would like it here…

Hel blinked as something shined nearby.
What was that? Channeling an inner-Magpie, the ghoul quietly made her way across the current pavilion she was on and inspected the shine, which promptly disappeared as soon as she was close enough. Oh well. Rubbing the back of her neck, the ghoul sighed softly, and continued in throughout the floating pavilions, closer towards the center. She ended up coming to a stop in one of them, and wandering over to the railing, leaned on it and sighed once more.
Taking in the sights quietly. How unlike her.

Tyalessa had been going around the conquest isle with such awe and wonder that she ended up getting lost, but oddly enough she was quite happy. She can come across a nice open area with alot of amazing flowers she saw in the orientation. Their were alot more here and with alot of weird leaves as well. Looking up inside of the hut thingy she ended up in she noticed it had been painted on with beautiful oil paints that made a lovely sunset scenery, she probably would stare at it more hours on how nice and calm it looked, till she saw a rather disgusting scene of a massacre, they had humanoid shapes but Essa couldnt be sure, was that a conquest horsemen in the middle, killing all these people. The picture suddenly became grim and only looking at it for a few seconds longer, Essa felt woozy and sat down on a wonderfully crafted bench

As she tried to find the student dorms, Poke stumbled across a rather beautiful area, filled with lotus flowers, floating pavilions, and plenty of water. She was surely tempted to just slip in, and just swim about. But then, as with everything on the four clans island, she would probably be executed on the spot.
As she stood there admiring the scenery, she felt someone push past her, and she looked over to see a horsemen give her a rather dirty look. She felt herself growing annoyed that she had only been here for 10 minutes, and had already pissed off someone. Could she go back to war clan now when all that mattered was how well you could fight?
But as she tried to figure out what she had done, she noticed that the others were wearing...some weird looking sandals, while she was wearing just plain sneakers....Ah, thats why. It didn't help though, because she had no idea as to how she was suppose to get a pair of these sandals.

This was... way different from the canopy on War... but at the same time, Roch sort of saw the similarities. He strolled over the path and reached one of the small buildings, looking around and up.
Sure enough there was that strange, jarring picture--this time of the Conquest horsemen killing humans. It wasn't as blatant as the War one, but it was there. He frowned as he stared at it, facts coming together in his mind and making a picture he wasn't quite sure he liked.
"Well... damn," he said quietly.

He moved to the second pavilion and looked around there, as well. Again, he thought as he saw the picture. There was probably one in each of the little buildings. A small brag about what they'd done to the humans.
He scowled, leaning back against the railing slightly and starting to think. Think, think, think.

Essa saw lots of other hut thingys that she could move to, she could get different views of the lovely flowers, an she will one day ask what on earth they are called. Learning on a small fence in the hut to get a closer look at the flowers, she suddenly felt like she was about to slip into the water, thinking that would be extremely bad and disrepectful to the clansmembers, and also embarrasing since a few other students were here too, Essa backed off the fence, and in doing so she saw a new painting on the roof, this time it was sort of saddeness to it, a women was kneeling with her hands on her face, but it was still oddly calming, up to the point where Essa noticed another scene of massacre and again it was a conquest clansmember standing tall and proud with blood circling around his feet
They really like the murder scenes don't they? Essa thought with a face filled with both grimness and confusion

Lumi had found herself wandering through the open areas of the isle, she didn't even notice the floating pavlions until she felt the floor sway a little. Looking down she saw the water all around. It was such a beautiful spot. As she day dreamed about the events that could take place here she just seemed to be watching the lotus blossoms and soft ripples of the water.
"like home.."
She whispered softly. And for the first time since she left to come to the isles was she truly homesick. The ornate buildings and the clothing had all struck a cord with her.

The strong scent of the flowers had drawn Mei here. She loved it all. This island of Conquest was such a strong contrast to the island of Death she had previously been. So vibrant, so colorful. The ghoul enjoyed everything. It gave her a familiar almost like home sense, though she was unsure why.
As she wandered into the first small pavilion, the sudden loud shout in the background caused her to jump. It was the first loud noise she had heard from this place then the sound of weapons clashing soon following. Leaning out to get a better view she spotted a small training field.

Again another shout another ring of metal against metal drew her attention momentarily.
She wondered just what they were doing over there. Not that she would like to participate, no. After getting roughed up last week Mei wished for a battle reprieve.
Moving into another small pavilion she stopped to lean against a bannister, admiring the floating lotus' as they drifted by.

Hel was taken out of her thoughts at the sound and arrival of more students. A lot of the students that were springing up weren’t any she was familiar with, and that got her curious. She thought it was interesting that other schools were pulled in here as well, and the more she stared at the students, some who were doing the exact same thing she had been doing, she figured it’d be worth it to get to know their names at least. She’d be spending a week with them after all. Briefly thoughts of ‘what if some of them are hunters’ flicked across her mind, but she discarded it. Horsemen would know…right? “ Oi!” She called out to some of the students. Oops…she needed to keep her voice down, there were Horsemen mediating. “ Mind telling me where you are from and your name? I am curious, ya.” The reaper blinked as she also happened to catch sight of a shockingly familiar head of purple hair. “… Oi!” She called out again, but then grimaced. Oops. She really needed to keep her voice down! “ Roch.” The ghoul made a bit of a wave at him incase he didn’t know where she was calling from. “ Did not peg you for this Isle.”

Roch jerked from where he was staring at the picture and coming up with a bigger one. He knew that voice, he thought with a grin. Hel was here! Awesome! The punk boil almost started out at a run before he realized she was near horsemen doing that meditating they'd done in war class. Instead he slowed down and headed for her, grinning widely-- Until he saw how strangely she was dressed. "Kinda warm for that outfit, ain't it?" he asked, stopping in front of her with a curious expression.

Ulmuka was glad to be clean. He was glad to be somewhere where flying didn't get you speared or arrows shot at you. He had enjoyed the War island, he'd found his inner warrior, but it was nice to be somewhere with nice things and soft fabrics and beautiful surroundings.
The strix strolled casually around the pavilions, grinning his usual grin, and decked out in his expensive clothing from home. He didn't think the style of Conquest quite fit him and thus would only dress like them if necessary.
He watched other students milling about and only really recognized Roch. Suddenly a loud shout caught his attention and his keen golden eyes were diverted to a field of battle not far away.

The strix kept focused on the battle grounds. He watched them spar and noticed the movements, so different than the style of War. He leaned on the rail of the pavilion, doing his best not to bother any of those who may be meditating. The strix was happy to enjoy the air and weather while he could.
