Very nice to meet you Lotus. I am unfimiliar with summer springs? maybe you can fill me in on a couple of details. But of couse, My name is Ren(or when ever the capitan responds to the branch submissions.) Currently listening to really good dubstep. *nods head in acception to small introdution*

Hello again, Ren. And hello to you too, Lotus.
How are you two doing? Sorry about the lack of activity in the guild. I wish it wasn't this way (and frankly it's kind of embarrassing sometimes). It's pretty dull. I want to restart my "MiTh" Role Play, but I worry that this posting drought will just end up killing it again.

Summer Springs is like Farmville but a lot more colorful and you gain villagers for your little town!
Besides, I also play Soul Crash (by Gaia also)

Interesting, they sound like fun ^^. So i wish to bring this guild life. How shall this be done. Truthfullt, i think we need the capitan. Tis is hard with out him around he seems like a cool guy.

Check this out, I am the VC of another guild and I clearly run the guild when my fearless leader is gone! She is like ottaly fine with it since I own three guilds.
My job(s) that I personally took on are guild request's, watching and montering the forums, # of post's done. Guild anouncments.
All that to maintain and remove in active guild members, renforce rules.
Once a year, in July, is remove in active members month, they have to have posted more than a certain number to stay in or the're gone! ad every year, I raise the posted number.
Like if its 15 it'll become maybe 40. Any less than 40, they gone.
The average number of active guild members in a guild is 30-35. They RP post and talk.
I found that out after crunching numbers!
