Also another thing usually while walking to school i tend to talk to myself, question myself, make jokes and laugh at them and there are times where I simply daze out while talking and nearly walk into the street while light is green. Also when school is over I tend to wait for friends to leave first, since we walk the same way, and walk a little while after knowing they left mainly to just talk to self. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated
I'm not sure exactly how I could assist you on this.. but wow.. This is pretty similar to how I feel or get sometimes. But all my brutal thoughts and what not where against myself.I would daze out a lot, question myself and try to find out what am I doing here, stuff like that.
I can tell you right now the best thing for you is to reach out to someone who is close to you. Someone you know who will care, but at the same time respect that you don't want the whole world knowing. Just someone that might make things feel a little bit easier or more clear to you.
If someone else finds out and gets the wrong impression and calls you crazy. You tell them this, "Yeah.. okay buddy!" and walk away. You are NOT crazy; crazy people act out their thoughts, or they don't think at all and act in a certain manner that isn't good.
If you can't find that certain person you can trust with this, I would guess then advise speaking to a Councilor or a Mental Health expert.
