Lists of magical lessons available.

Lesson 1: Spells
years: 14-19

These are amateur spells( numbers mean the strength of the spells)

1 By The Strength Of Curemedy!- this spell heals basic small wounds, cuts, bruises, sore throats and rashes.
2 The Arrow Of the Warrior Vertaia, shoot!- this spell creates a magical arrow which can blast through walls and trees. However it can't blast through rocks.
3 Echo scream!= this causes a scream to pierce a tree , rock or even shatter glass.
4 Hatter's smoke cloak! - user points a finger at an enemy and creates a black fog to hide themselves
5 Rune Smasher- basic 1= can smash runes that are basic( not complex)
6 Shields of Colgatia ways!- creates shields that can block some spells or reduce damage of some offensive spells- depends on what kind of offensive spells are used.
7.stunning shocker= paralyses a victim for ten minutes.
8. Groucho changeo, happy, merry!= makes a person happy for ten-twenty minutes( Inspired by Harry potter cheering charms)
9. amoc= sends a person unconscious for ten-15 minutes.
10, whirl, twirl, move smooth!- makes something spin for an hour.
11. Lorelei's song- a song of healing
12. Yoru Spider web of deceit. - a web trap that lures victims into it by way of illusions


years 20-30

1 Rune Smasher - advanced 1= can smash runes that are complicated, but this leaves a user tired as heck.
2 Vertaia's Counterspell Crusher- this spell crushes an offensive spell and turns it into dust. May make user dizzy if used more than three times in a day.
3 Rune Beam!- a beam of offensive magic, made of runes- can be countered by rune smasher spells. basic= removes some damage- advance- destroys 3/4 of this beam.
4 Magical Bomb, by the dozen= shoots 12 magical orbs, each is equal to a hand grenade in power.
5Illusionist's Interface-hack!- this is used to hack into another person's device to change the programming of the other's device for 1 hour.
6 Conjuring White Muun Wall!- creates a powerful shield that lasts for half an hour.- but depending on user's will and strength, it can either fade or last longer by ten more minutes.
7 Otherworldly hatter Magma Blasts- This creates flames that are shaped like hats. they burn enemies and can cause terrible burns.
8 Go forth, rage of Vertaia!= this makes a scary face that screams appear and gives a victim shock and causes deep fear to be in the victim for around 1 and 1/2 hours.
9 Screamer's rage, Echo Liar!= this causes echoes of discordant voices to be all around the victim and the echoes, scream, insult, taunt and torment the victim for an hour...before fading.
10 Nocday Hellish Obsidian Sphere- Void activate!- this creates a black hole, another dimension, which is on one hand, empty cold and desolate, on the other, it can be full of tormented voices, hot and full of horrible tormenting plants. It sends the victim to a literal hell for half an hour.
11. Stunned Bindery!= binds an enemy for twenty minutes
12. Unconsio- sends a victim into unconsciousness for an hour.
13 Spin piroutte!- makes something spin for 1 and 1/2 hours
14-Sigil Vert Shield!= a complicated spell which requires fast hand movements and it creates a huge round and green orb around the user and protects the user for 1/2 an hour.
15. Lorelei's rhapsody- a song of rapture, healing and defense.- also has some mild offensive usage.
16. Yoru's curse- this makes a person feel hatred and gloom for two hours.


Lesson 2:

- this is for all years.
Device creation and maintenance

- includes excursions to StonePetris( the stones are not as harmful as they were in the past...now)

Musical Magic

- only for those gifted with a magical voice.

school layout.

The school consists of a few buildings, all are linked by metallic/ plastic/ wooden bridges.

an underground arena is in the north. accompanying that, is a building that holds tools and machinery to make devices. a third building is nearby, and it houses a training area

In the south, there is a greenhouse and garden in a building. Another building nearby has a staff relaxation room( no students allowed), near those buildings, is a hall where all students assemble on the first day, to be oriented and meet/ greet staff and other students. on other days, this place is normally empty.

In the west, is all the classes.( this consists of two buildings- one for younger years, the other is for the older students)

In the east is all the dorms and laundry area( which has plastic pails , detergent, washing machines and dryers). in the east, near the north, there are the clubs.

The center buildings comprises of the 1. first aid / Hospital wing / Diagnosis section and 2. administration,

The second building has the: 1. canteen and kitchens,( on one floor) 2. library,( on two floors) 3. bookstore ( 1 floor) and 4.Student Services.( 2 floors- 1 floor caters to younger students, the other is for the older students)

Each building has five levels .

There are lifts, escalators, stairs and teleportation circles( which are clearly marked with a capital T- destinations are also clearly stated)

all buildings have restrooms. Dorms, Arena and training area- restrooms have showers.

Basement: there is two levels. the whole basement is linked to all the buildings.

Basement level 1( just below ground level) has- caretaker's bedroom, living quarters and also twenty classrooms dedicated to the lost art of potions.
basement level 2( below basement level 1) has- the heaters, air conditioning systems, and electrical systems( nobody is allowed there except for authorised personnel and emergency services)( b2- is accessible only by a flight of stairs and a ramp.)

Also, while not ancient, this school has a great education rating.

Academy Rules


1. No dorm Parties unless authorized.
2. No skipping classes unless you have a note from Infirmary nurse/ doctor confirming sickness.
3. No leaving dorms after 10:30 unless escorted by Guard(s)/ teachers
4. No climbing anything on school premisses unless in arena/ training areas
5. Respect all elders.
6. a no truancy policy is strictly Enforced.
7. Holiday events Must Be Approved by the Holiday mistress, Serena Lee Year
8. Once you've signed for lesson, you are on that for the whole school year.
9. Absolutely No Bullying, No fighting on campus will be tolerated.( if you are defending, some leeway will be given . if you are the bully, it is either suspension( see below) or expulsion or jail( in the worse case scenario).
10. Do not attempt to deface, damage or destroy any school property.( The hedmistress will punish you by suspending you from classes for a week. Also, during that week, you must stay in your dormitory. The canteen will send food to you.)
11. Students with Ancient Souls are authorized to break rules 3 and 10 if necessary. By necessary, it is meant only in crises.
12. Do not attempt to bring dark creatures into the academy.
13. Do not attempt to kill other students( You will be jailed.)
14. Duels must be held in the Academy's arena, and supervised by a teacher and the headmistress.
15. No magic is to be done in the hallways or canteen.
16. The dorms are not to be treated like rubbish bins and hoarding areas. Please tidy them and make everything nice.
17. Please do not prank your teachers and headmistress.
18. Do not attempt to tamper with any magical things in the academy. It makes the headmistress upset and angry.( she will blast you with a pain and coma spell.)

19. For those students without Devices- please inform the disciplinarian Dianelle Vesuaries about the bully and we will take action.

20. During holidays, rules 1 and 3 are not enforced. However, keep your rooms clean and stay safe!

21. in regards to rule 15, during holidays pranks and mild charms are allowed. but keep in mind,they must be reversible!

Breakfast - 7AM - 8 AM( all years)

Lunch a 11:00AM - 12:00PM
( lunch a is for years 14-19)

Lunch b 1PM - 2 PM
(lunch b is for years 20-30)


Dinner 7:00PM - 9:00PM ( all years)

10 PM= lights out/ sleep.
friday and saturday- lights out is at 11 pm.

on all normal school days, canteen is closed from 11 pm- 6.45 am

Notes: during holidays, lights out is not enforced. The canteen is open all the time, 24 hours.

Schedule notes:

weekly

magical lessons on monday,
tuesdays are general lessons

wednesdays are device lessons and on alternate weeks, school activities( which take 2 hours each) take place on this day.

Thursdays= transitional lesson or/ and training days
friday is for both magical and general lessons.

weekends= off days. note: library and canteen are open on weekends.

special school days:
1.... january 10- Device making day( for all younger students who do not have devices. other years have a normal school day)( tuesday)

2.... January 20- device activation and/ or improvements( for all students, except for those with devices they feel they do not need to change or have already activated.)( friday)

3.... Tuesday- February 14 - Valentine's day( all students are exempt from class on this day)


4.... Wednesday- April 4= School closed/ Founder's day. Students can wander around the school or go out to shop or look for new magical things( students need to go back to the school by 7 pm or the gates will be locked.

5 friday- April 6= Malvin day or Fire day.
Rule 10 is not enforced much on this day. The school gets set on fire many times on this day, due to arsonists.

5....Tuesday. May 1= Vertaia day.- students are encouraged to wear green casual clothes and have fun. There are no classes.- students must remain in school still, though.

6... Monday, tuesday and wednesday. June 4- june 6= Singing Competition( no magic allowed, just singing)/ no classes are held on those days.

7. July 16/ Monday- Magical dueling competition.- all students are encouraged to attend( younger ones ( ages 14-16) should watch only and not duel). Not compulsory. On this day, there are no classes. For the studious, the library is open for studies.

8. Wednesday August 1= No classes. / Rainbow Fun day.

events held on this day:

1. People can dance with rainbow ribbons tied to a pole (inspired by maypole dance) , at the end, the pole is colourful and the headmistress will say a spell to make it spin and let the ribbons unfurl...

2. rainbow splashing= people randomly toss balloons full of randomly colored liquid at walls and the walls become colourful for a day. The liquid's effects are that of 24 hours. Atemporary dye and is encouraged for students to have fun. Even if it gets on a uniform, it will fade in 24 hours.( inspired by the indian holi)

3. Colourful fireworks are lit up at night from 8.30-9.30.

Holidays=
September to December( Students can go home or stay at school during this period)

all this is compulsory unless a student has an aegis form.

Some students do not have aegis forms.
