Background: Sora is the brother of Shinozaki Hoshiko. He is known to the one of the Top students in Shibusen, and popular to girls. He is known to be one of the strongest jounin in their village too.
When he is just 9 years old and a genin in his ninja days in their village, his elder sister, Mikoto Hoshiko was a about to travel on Italy. He stopped her but Mikoto instead gave a necklace so that Sora will not forget her while she is on the go. Then his sister did not come home for long so he decided to find her in Italy at the right time.
Then when he reached at the age of 14 during his Shibusen Days. His mission is to hunt down a kishin in Italy. After he hunted the kishin, he met a young woman with white hair. He had a talk with her until the woman mention about Mikoto. Sora asked where is his sister and the woman said that she died. Sora was enraged with tears and asked who killed her; the woman said that she is the one and a witch. Sora attacked her but failed as the witch slashed him badly, Sora asked, "Who are you?" The witch said the name but it's not truly her name but a nickname. He was left unconscious but survived.
Then at the age of 15 after he is recovered, he heard that his brother, Shino was kidnapped by a black-blood kishin. Sora found him and the kishin managed to kill Shino but failed because Sora risked his life to save his brother and was infected partially with black blood, he fell unconscious and the kishin was about to kill Sora but later saved by Sora's friends.
The witch's reason why she killed Mikoto because she was said to be a traitor of their witch organization and killed the witch members of the organization because she doesn't like their plan about the coup de tat in Shibusen. Sora treated her as a hero in Shibusen and not a traitor, he plots to kill this witch so he trained hard.
