I know its a lot.. an Ungodly amount to have to deal with.. But I think You two can handle it well.. Well your vest is in the townhall. Retrieve it once your opponent is dead or given up.."

Adell Terumi, THE GREATEST NINJA IN THE WORLD, wanna-be... Adell's eyes gazed throughout the area. It was a huge city around them. it was damaged, and empty. It was an ironic place. It seemed like it would far better fit plenty of other ninja's fighting styles. He had always been the direct, jumping in type. However, he had seen what this girl could do. He would have to avoid looking her in the eye. He could break genjutsus, but he was less then experienced at it. The best bet would be to head towards the town hall right away. He would have to keep her from using the terrain to her advantage. He called out "3" before he turned and began to run, glancing every few seconds towards her to see what she was doing.

 The moment she had set foot upon this area, her opponent was already giving her a looking over? Did he like what he saw or something? Shikyo Uchiha simply shook her head as her eyes closed for a moment, and then reopened with the Sharingan formed easily within her gaze. Not even giving her opponent the time of day, she rose both hands up in front of her face, forming the number six with her middle, ring and pinky fingers pointing inwards and slightly overlapping her eyes, although they were spread allowing her gaze to lock on her opponent through them. "Six." She says, with a small smile forming across her face, her hands immediately locking together into the necessary hand seals. Her body accelerating with a body flicker technique, heading directly towards her opponent who appeared to be barely even paying attention to what they were doing, with the number of times they were glancing back at her! Shikyo moved forwards quickly, the large Gunbai fan slipping from her back and into her hand, her other hand quickly grasping onto the sickle that was attached to the chain on the other end of the fan. That same smile remaining on her face as she rapidly moved forwards towards her opponent, they weren't going to get away from her that easily. With the body flicker, she would appear right in front of them now, her right hand swinging the fan in a crescent in front of her, in order to draw her opponent's attention, as she swings the sickle around with the other hand, aiming to cut their chest with a clean horizontal swipe. In the distance was the rumbling of a storm, the acidic rain that had been mentioned was already moving in on them, she knew it wouldn't be too long before it arrived. Shikyo needed to kill her opponent quickly, or else they would be confined to a single building until the storm passes. Techniques 50,000 - 1,200 = 48,800 Chakra.

Illusion Flicker
A Genjutsu technique that is used any time someone views Shikyo use the Body Flicker technique. This Genjutsu causes the inflicted to immediately see Shikyo appear somewhere closely within their vicinity, and beginning an attack upon them. Normally with a weapon she had out, or through the means of handseals being made or a weapon being drawn as she appears. The effect of this Genjutsu being so strong, that the true Shikyo will be able to move completely unseen while the opponent becomes fixated upon the new Genjutsu version of her. What makes this technique almost amusing, is the fact that it works upon anyone who views her body flicker, regardless of whether she was fighting them or not. As such, there could be countless people all preparing a defense against "Her attack" at once, while she is only attacking a single target, or even leaving the vicinity of the area all together

"Item" Description
The Gunbai
A gunbai (軍配; Literally meaning "army arrangement") or gunbai uchiwa (軍配団扇; Literally meaning "army arrangement fan") is a non-folding fan, usually made of wood. It was used in ancient Japan by samurai officers to communicate with their troops. This particular weapon is a large gunbai, about 3/4 of her height and almost of her width, with the pole being twice that length. The weapon itself has a long chain attached to the base of the pole, to which a kama is connected. Although appearing to be wooden, this weapon can actually stand up to the majority of damage it may suffer in battle, and is not capable of being lit on fire. The fan itself is actually used through it's primary ability to which is that of Genjutsu. When battling with this fan, a simple gesture of the weapon itself, can send the opponent into a genjutsu if observed by the opponent. Originally this Genjutsu was used as a means of silent communication between high ranking officials after adopted from the Japanese Samurai. Allowing communication to be transmitted through one mind to the other, through the use of Genjutsu. Now it is used primarily through battle as an extension of the Uchiha's own Genjutsu based properties.

Adell Terumi, THE GREATEST NINJA IN THE WORLD, wanna-be... Adell quickly looked back forward as she formed handseals. He pulled out his axe, trying to use his other senses to keep track of her, knowing he had to avoid directly looking at her. A moment later, she appeared in front of him, only after she had fully formed in front of him did he glance at her. He had noticed the fan in her hand for but a moment, but quickly moved his gaze to her other arm, he had seen the fan before, and knew well enough that a fan wasn't her main attack weapon. He saw the sickle coming in and quickly spun his axe, bringing the blade to deflect the scythe. He stepped past her extended arm, moving into very close range, avoiding looking at her eyes. He held the scythe in a parry with his axe, before quickly turning and side-stepping around her in the opposite direction. As he did so, the clash weapons ended, and he slammed his elbow towards the back of her neck. The impact would be painful, provided it hit, and could even knock her own if it hit well enough.He didn't have many fancy jutsus, yet, but he did have plenty of skill in pure strength and speed fighting. He knew how to brawl, and to out-due his opponents, even if they had more chakra and stronger jutsu. He would then use this chance to begin running again. He had to make his way towards the hall. Clouds were coming in, and if what Joker said was true, they were in for quite a time.

Shikyo barely needed to move at this point, not only was her opponent lacking in a deal of intelligence, they actually plainly glanced at her fan? Well enough though, she continued her assault with ease. The Sharingan eyes tracking her opponent's every movement with ease, even down to their attempt at a counter when she had attacked with her sickle. Releasing the sickle from her hand, Shikyo would make this even easier then it would need to be, instead of her opponent holding the scythe off at bay like they intended, the weapon would hold no force, in effect enough to throw off their balance momentarily, at the sudden lack of force in the incoming weapon. Reguardless she would continue her assault, her entire body moving to the side, in time with her opponent's elbow coming to strike her, allowing the elbow to slip passed her head. Her entire body turning around immediately with the use of the duck to the side, the fan flicking backwards in a rather elegant fashion in order to attempt cracking her opponent over the side of the head with it's large wooden fan head. Her other hand shooting upwards, a dragon like heading seeming to envelope her wrist, with a bronze-gold gauntlet like glove covering her hands. The weapon known as Ifrit making it's appearance, as the hand forms into a fist and aims to crash upwards into her opponent's extended elbow. Flames shooting outwards like a fireball in order to cover the opponent's arm in flame, burning it a nice crispy black. Techniques 48,800 Chakra. Secretive Weapon Summoning
A special technique that is primarily passive for Shikyo. It consists of the ability to store weapons in her possession within her own body, and become able to generate these weapons from seemingly thin air. This is possible through a specialized trait in her chakra network similar to that of the Mangekyou "Implosion" Technique utilized by her clan. Her chakra can actually branch out of her body at an almost physical level, enveloping her weaponry and causing them to vanish within her body along with the chakra itself. From there she is capable of actually generating the weapon back out of her body whenever she needs to. This particular effect cannot function upon Special Weapons, or even weapons possessed by the opponent. It is simply something for her own inventory of weapons, as well as a lead into future made ups.

"Item" Description
Ifrit
The Ifrit is a pair of Flame Gauntlets with hellfire hotter than a volcano, or at least that is what the stories have told. It is able to grant its wielder increased power with the use of fire. Appearing like that of a dragon's head with the mouth open over each arm, Shikyo can actually thrust use her attacks and back them up with the Uchiha's patented fire affinity. Allowing each and every strike of her fist, to come accompanied with the an almost fireball like blast of fire. To make things even worse, the gauntlets themselves are just as hot as molten rock, although this only happens after a few good punches with the gauntlets in order to get them heated up. Neither the fire, nor it's heat appears to actually cause any harm to Shikyo. This weapon does not stack with other specialized (And also designated) weapons at her disposal. I'll be good, and NOT point out the fact you posted looking at the fan, and as such should be cast in genjutsu right now. Seeing as I don't feel like dealing with "I saw it before you used it's effect" or whatever bullshit you come up with.

Adell Terumi, THE GREATEST NINJA IN THE WORLD, wanna-be... As she turned, she would find her opponent already on the move. He was running, just out of range of her fan by the time she swung it at him. Looking back to her, he saw something strange forming on her hand. A blast of flame shot from it, flying just over his arm. He felt the sheer intensity of the heat, not even being touched by the flame left a light burn on the skin of his arm. He brought his hands together, quickly gathering his chakra. This certainly wasn't an equal match.

Adell Terumi, THE GREATEST NINJA IN THE WORLD, wanna-be... Adell turned around then when he was about five meters from her, finishing his jutsu. He called out. "5" Then he released the technique. Lava Style: Molten Canvas. A circle of the ground heated under her. A second later, a small circle of lava would form where her feet were. In the next few seconds, it would rapidly expand outwards in all directions. It was quickly forming a 20 meter radius circle of molten lava, leaving only a small circle of earth under Adell's feet within that area. He held the burn on his left arm for a moment before quickly focusing. He grabbed kunai and shuriken from his pouch. If she tried to escape into the air, he would throw them here way, aiming carefully.

Shikyo giggled a little as she watched her opponent running away. A simple glance down, and a feel of the heat rising upwards told her that an attack was on it's way. Slamming her hands together as the fan appears to vanish into her body itself, she formed some quick hand signs. Smoke puffing around her as multiple Kage no Bunshin clones shot outwards and into the air, almost as if they were forming a human ladder upwards and into the air. Each Shikyo rapidly launching themselves forwards from the ladder in order to head towards their opponent in an instant. Actually causing a rain of clones downwards upon Adell. Each one had a wicked grin across their face, as they cascaded downwards towards Adell's now trapped form. Each one rearing back and fist and thrusting it forwards, flame shooting from the ifrit gauntlets they all possessed in order to aim to send the opponent into an inferno of flame. [6 cascading clones one of which is Shikyo] Techniques 48,800 - 1,200 / 9 5288.89 per clone.

Adell Terumi, THE GREATEST NINJA IN THE WORLD, wanna-be... Adell quickly threw the spray of shuriken and kunai to meet them as they jumped into the air. He quickly then formed handseals, as they began to fly at him. He released his jutsu to meet them and their flames. Lava Style- Lava Globs He "Spit" out a series of masses of lava. These flew towards each of the clones that got past the weapons, and into their fireballs, which they countered. Quote: 6878 - 1800 = 5078 Lava Style: Lava Globs - 1000 - He releases several globs of lava of various sizes at the target.

As quickly as this match had begun, it would soon be coming to an end. The clones were struck by the incoming projectiles or magma balls, all but one, to which continued to move forwards throughout the process. Her gaze snapping from left to right as her clones died, although each dying clone would throw a single kunai. As a magma ball came her way, Shikyo would make a tugging motion, a implanted kunai would actually tug her out of the way of the attack just in the nick of time. Her Sharingan eyes allowing the timing to be precise as she weaves back and forth. Of course at this time, it was only for the antics of dodging the released attacks. Her opponent had fallen for the next biggest flaw in her arsenal. A Genjutsu laced directly within the fire she was emitting through her gauntlets, as well as the gauntlets of her clones before they had died. Despite their deaths, she had actually been given a decent look at the battlefield around them through their eyes, as well as a clear location of her opponent. At this point in time, Adell would be seeing, feeling, sensing, smelling, tasting fire. The flames themselves appearing to simply envelope him as they began to burn him from the outside. Although in reality, there was nothing going on, the full effect of the Genjutsu would lead the opponent to believe they had actually been completely enveloped by the flame based attack that had been sent their way. This was known as the Flickering Flame Genjutsu Technique. Shikyo grins to herself, making one final pull of the wire she had made her clones pass out for her, and bringing her body within range of her opponent. The Ifrit gauntlets shifting out into a backpack like silver contraption to which unfolded itself into the appearance of wings. Releasing the last wire as she is sent sailing towards her more then definitely paralized opponent, Shikyo grins and reaches under each of her arms, the wings opening slightly and multiple red blades forming in between each of her fingers. Flicking her hands out, she would forcefully throw forwards eight red cross like spectral swords aiming to impale into her opponent upon connection. Techniques 47600 - 400 Flickering Flame Genjutsu
A Genjutsu layering technique created by Shikyo in order to accent to her own techniques. Any time she uses a fire based jutsu, or causes anything to burn or emit flame. The sight of the flames, smell of the smoke, crackle of the fire or even the flicker of light and shadow will all put the opponent at risk of ending them into a Genjutsu. This Genjutsu will consist of nothing but their minds perceiving their bodies being caught on fire and burned alive. Although in reality they are locked paralyzed in place. As such allowing her to better combat her enemies, and also use the abilities that her clan possess.
Lucifer
The Lucifer (無尽剣：ルシフェル Mujin Tsurugi: Rushiferu?, lit. "Inexhaustible sword: Lucifer") is an chakra based sword-summoning apparatus. It is a hellish weapon worn like a backpack, and is able to spawn a countless number of spectral swords to hover around it. These swords can be rearranged, thrown, or wielded, and will explode either after a short duration, at a command from Shikyo,or once fifteen more blades have been spawned. The blades themselves are red in color, and can appear anywhere around her within a ten foot radius. They can then be sent forwards if chosen to with a simple gesture, either one at a time, or all at once in order to attempt to impale into the opponent. Should they succeed, they will remain there until either directed to explode with a command, or they simply time out after a matter of around thirty seconds after impact. The explosion radius is no bigger then the size of the sword (A normal sword size) and is only particularly devastating if a high number of blades have been struck into the target. Each blade summoned costs 50 chakra per summon, and a maximum of 15 blades per post can be summoned. Once launched forwards they cannot be controlled. This weapon does not stack with other specialized (And also designated) weapons at her disposal.

Adell Terumi, THE GREATEST NINJA IN THE WORLD, wanna-be... Adell Continued to release the magma blasts, dealing through the clones, until one was left and he missed. He was about to take the next action against her. Suddenly, his limbs were set alight. His body felt like it was being enveloped and consumed by fire. He screamed, shifting and trying to move and put out the flame, within the illusion. He was unaware what was going outside, his body enveloped with pain. Next thing that ran through his mind was that this couldn't be real. He knew that fool well. He had to concentrate, try and access his chakra, and force it to stop. He needed to fight through the pain and stop the flow, if just for a moment. It was his only chance. Of course, in the real world, the uchiha apparently hovered over the lava 20 meters in radius, with her special back pack, as she released swords, preparing to strike. She released them, firing them at him. His eyes dialated, as his chakra flow shifted, before coming to a stop. He was pulled back into the real world from the pain, just as the swords were getting close. He desperately formed handseals, barely making it. The swords aimed at him came in, one slashed into his side, cutting and drawing blood, the other 7 would appear to impale him from multiple points.The next moment, however, he exploded in a puff of smoke. His form disappeared, replaced by a log with a flash-bomb balanced on it, the swords trapped in the log. The flash-bomb immediately activated to spray intense light in all directions, and blind her sharingan eyes. A few seconds later, from behind her, multiple kunai were thrown from behind her. two had explosive tags and when they came in range they would activate, making it harder for her to escape unscathed. Adell stood there out from the lava behind her, breathing heavily. He held one hand to his side, which had a gash in it left by one of the swords, which had reached him just as he finished, before he could move away. It was bleeding lightly. He then carefully gathered his hands together, preforming handseals. Quote: 4678 Substitution jutsu.- 400 .

Despite the fact his opponent had managed to apparently break themselves out of the genjutsu, the swords used to impale into his apparent true form, the form puffed into smoke immediately revealing the fact that it was a simple substitution. Although that didn't exactly phase her too much, the swords that had impaled into the substitution, all exploded the moment they had impaled, almost mixing with the explosion of the puffing clone. That small slip of paper that was a flash bomb, simply shredded and floating into the lava instead of activating as intended. Shikyo's hands slammed together immediately, a substitution meant retaliation, causing a slight frown to come across her face. Her fingers slipping into hand signs as the explosions are conjured up around her with the use of the two explosive tagged kunai. When the smoke would clear from the explosion a singed object would drop into the lava below, of course the object would look a lot more like a chair then Shikyo herself, quite obviously she had also used the art of substitution technique, perhaps just to spite her opponent? The thundering roar from the rain that had been heading their way would crash above the city now, the rain coming down in a moment as the ground and lava begins to sizzle. Acid rain after all, it was rather dangerous to just about everything. Shikyo on the other hand had moved into one of the near by buildings in order to continue her own brand of assault, with a few new hand seals being made, she would use the Crows of Shadow technique. Every shadow in the area appearing to begin separating and becoming a flock of crows to which would begin to fly around the area, looking and acting just like any other crow, as they began filling the building's openings and perching everywhere. Any of them close to the opponent would sweep in towards him, aiming to attack with their talons. The crows continuing to multiply as they fill the area, creating themselves from the shadows and making the shadows of the area disappear. Techniques 47,200 - 400 - 800
Substitution Technique
Crows of Shadow
A Genjutsu technique that causes the opponent to believe that crows are actually forming out of the shadows around them, whatever shadow they become formed out of, actually being taken with them as if the crows were the shadow themselves. What makes this Genjutsu interesting, is that it actually purposely forces the opponent to want to release themselves from the Genjutsu. The moment they attempt to form a Genjutsu Release through any means other then an outside force awakening them from it, they will find their body completely paralyzed from head to toe, only their eyes being able to watch as the crows return from where they had flown away in order to begin to eat away at their flesh, like all carrion like to do. ~ 800 Chakra

Adell Terumi, THE GREATEST NINJA IN THE WORLD, wanna-be... He quickly turned and began running, as the clouds were coming in. There was little time, while the clouds of acid rain were coming in closer and closer. He needed to find some shelter and find some way to travel from the rain. The first drops fell as he headed towards the nearest building. Even as the genjutsu first activated, the ran fell gently over the area. He jumped to get into cover. However, a few drops landed on his form. they burned into the sleeves and shoulders of his shirt. He gasped out in pain, as one burned into his skin, leaving the spot rather thinned and reddened. Thankfully not enough had reached him to do any major damage, however, the pain of the acid burn created the pain necessary to dispel the jutsu before he could notice the crows much. He hadn't even released he had been put under a genjutsu before it was dispersed. Inside the building, he grabbed a leg from a chair, and took out an explosive tag. He let it start to burn, touching it to the wood, before quickly crumbling it. He found an old couch and tore some of the cloth away. He wrapped it around the stick and flame, to help keep it alight for longer. He looked around the place, glancing to the windows for any open areas. Then his eyes caught something. It would be his best chance from the rain, which he could keep moving through to get to the city hall. He quickly moved back to the couch and began stripping it of the cloth.

Shikyo had planned pretty well it seemed, choosing the same building that her opponent had to find refuge. Her form launching through the air and landing upon the ground, the moment both her feet touched the ground fire would sprout from the ground directly beneath her opponent in a large blast of flame. The small inferno of flame aiming to roast her opponent alive as it singed the ground around them. Of course Shikyo wasn't done, her Sharingan eyes watching carefully for the slightest tick that would show the direction of his movement. The moment he moved to dodge this attack, she was prepared, her hands slamming into the ground and causing a second billow of flame to attempt to surround the opponent, this time though instead of trying to simply burn them, the flame will actually suck itself and the opponent back into the ground before re-closing the fissure it had made. The flame would drag the opponent deep into the ground, and actually trap them there, slowly roasting them alive in a body sized capsule of flame. Brushing her hand over her pants for a moment, her left hand makes a single hand seal before she thrusts forward her fist, the fist itself passing into a black hole like void in front of her. If her opponent had dodged her first attack, they would find themselves being captured by her second. If they dodged her second, no matter where they had managed to dodge to, the third was coming underway. A simple black hole punch technique, aiming to get a quick punch onto the opponent, in order to continue to deal more damage. By now the opponent should realize their defensive strategies were useless, they should just allow themselves to die. Techniques 46,00 - 800 - 1600 - 700

A fire based Ninjutsu technique that consists of Shikyo slamming one or both feet into the ground in order to activate. Chakra is pushed into the ground, and expelled around the user as a blast of flame from the earth. Charring and cracking the ground, as the intense flames attempt to burn the opponent alive. ~ 800 Chakra
Hell's Funeral Flame
A fire based Ninjutsu technique that consists of Shikyo slamming one or both hands against the ground, or the side of an object connected to the ground (IE: A building, wall, or tree. Etc.). The ground itself will crack and open beneath the ground of the opponent, as a billow of flame will emit from the ground beneath them and surround them in fire. Before attempting to actually drag them back into the ground along with the fire itself. Should an opponent be caught into this technique, they will not be killed immediately, but actually dragged deep into the earth and slowly roasted alive. ~ 1600 Chakra
