Circe took in a deep breath as she stared at the contents. So the point was for them to build a weapon, more specifically a knife. She had absolutely no idea how one actually created such a thing but figured it was probably a good idea to give it a shot. Even though the Horsewoman didn't look like she wanted them touching anything. Maybe she just wasn't very friendly looking. What if on the inside she was filled with eyescream and spiders? Okay, that might have been taking it to far but there was a chance of that right?
With a firm nod Circe concluded that she would indeed make a knife and it would be the BEST KNIFE EVER. Maybe not, but it was worth a shot! Gently she pulled out one of her chopsticks from her hair and placed it on the table. Once it was safely flattened she spun it around as one would do if they were playing spin the bottle. When it stopped it landed on the piece of wood. So that was going to be the first part of her knife. Seemed sturdy enough. Sure it wasn't the best option but it would hold up enough. Or so she hoped. Slowly she began to fashion the wood into a moderately well made knife. Circe was actually surprised at how well she did. It certainly was a triumph for the Reaper ghoul who seemed to fail at most things. Maybe she was getting better! That would certainly be a wonderful turn of events.
Once the knife was finally shaped and finished; Circe looked to the items they had for decorating it. Thankfully there wasn't much she needed to decide on as adding everything to it would be a marvelous idea. Gently, Circe began to wrap the knife in leather around it's hilt. It seemed like a great grip and hopefully it would help ensure she didn't get hurt by any splinters she might have missed. After that was finished she tied another piece of leather to it but left it so that it could dangle. On it she attached beads and at the end, to hide the not she added some light feathering.
It was complete! Circe looked at her weapon with admiration. At that moment she was beyond proud of herself.

With one look at the Dummy, the battle was on. She was beyond proud of her knife and was desperately seeking to know just how well she had in fact done. It was unlikely the instructor would give her any indication on how well she had done. So this was truly the only way to test it's value. With quick steps Circe made her way from her seat to the Dummy and squared off with it. Before she made her attack she rolled her shoulders as if that would help her loosen up and be able to make a better hit. After she stretched out a few more limbs she closed her eyes and attempted to stab at the Dummy.
When she opened them she realized she had made a hit! It wasn't as great as she had hoped it to be in the least but hey, this was trial and error. Her knife seemed to hold up pretty good even though the leather was clearly stronger then her knife. "So you wanna play tough?" Circe asked as she readied for another assault on the dummy. What in the world was wrong with her? Whenever a dummy was involved Circe seemed to talk to it as if it was real or something even though she knew better. Maybe it was the Necromancer side of her. That she could control things that were pretty much not supposed to be up and moving. Whatever the case, the ghoul readied herself for another attack.
"You're going down." She said as she bent at the knees and made a finger movement from her eyes to the dummy. Yep, that was it. Circe had lost all her marbles for, forever and always.

With a quick exhale of breath the ghoul lunged at the dummy with her knife out and ready for whatever she willed it to do. Which sadly was her almost missing the dummy entirely. The outcome was the same as if she had closed her eyes. Which she had. Only just moments before. When she pulled the knife back she noticed that the thing was just barely hanging on. However, she was confident it would make it through the next attack. It's point was now missing and in it's place was a jagged end. That would certainly do a lot of damage right? Most likely. She grinned maniacally at the Dummy. "You are going down." Circe said as she pulled her knife back and cocked her arm. This next attack would be it. As heart breaking as it was to realize that she hoped that the knife would at least make a good hit. One that was worth it's death.

"Make a hit." Circe willed the knife to strike true as she aimed at the heart area of the Dummy. Her fingers tightened around the loose grip of the knife and her palm began to sweat. She was ready to make an attack but she felt a bit nervous. She knew that this attack would be the death of her prized creation but the sacrifice was necessary if she intended to gauge just how well of a craftsman she could be. "Ha!" Circe exclaimed as she lunged at the Dummy once more. The hit made a crack and the knife fell to pieces in her hand. However, the dummy had a small hole in it. She had done it! Her knife was worthy! Sure it didn't last long but it was worthy of a fighting tool! Circe jumped up and down before she calmed herself. She wasn't crazy.
