She pretends to be a local barkeep until one of the patrons sits on the far stool and tells her "I can keep a secret." she will then respond, "secrets kill faster than poisons can" and if you answer "so be it" then she will take you into a back room to trade information.
Nikki was raised in a nobles mannor by her count of a father. She was an only child, and her father had many wives while trying to have a son, but he never succeeded in producing any children but her. when she was twelve her father set off to marry her to a man in order to get an heir, and she ran away before meeting the match. She soon found herself on the streets, but she got by by telling the secrets of the nobility she had observed earlier on in her life. She realized then the importance of knowledge, and began manufacturing a web of informants so large that it covers the entire known world. It is said that every whisper in the world is heard by her organization, and that every whisper is passed on to all of their members. it is because of this chain of information that her organization is known as "the Whisperers"
