Is Vit open to being romanced by a bunny-mask wearing ballerina. Because I would like to apply as a suitor but I can't find the meta form to do this. That's part of the meta, right? Ty for your time, here is my business card. Or here is where it would be if I had one but rabbits do not need them.

can the different chapters of the meta count towards the ORP growth requirement as long as they all exceed 30 posts in the end? like, could you use both chapter one and chapter two as two separate ORPs?

Yes, actually. <3 Each would be seen as a 30+ post ORP.
However your Peregrin is a Mightyena so he can't actually grow any further as he is at his last stage.

I thought we were allowed to gain a third development stage even if certain species only evolved once...? What is done about pokemon who have no evolutions? @_@ I thought he'd be able to grow one more time....i thought everyone got three stages...or be able to rp for another art stage. or whatever i dont know. it says that on the front page.

If it's a single stage Pokemon like Tauros then you get 3 stages no matter what. In the case of Poohcyena --> Mightyena you would get two Poochyena stages, one development, and then the Mightyena stage. Once your Gijinka has evolved it is considered fully grown.
Here's the FAQ on the first page that describes it~
Q: Can my Gijinka grow?
A: Due to recent changes this has become a little confusing. Acquire a single or two stage Pokemon from a FS? Is it on its first or only stage? Don't worry, if you RP you can acquire something called a development growth. Development growths basically occur when a Pokemon grows or matures as a person. They learn more about their world, become more experienced, and possibly acquire new clothing, hair, accessories, or scars, depending. To acquire this growth you MUST RP and must show the changes in said RP for them to count. You can not acquire development stages if your pet was commissioned at final evolution as development stages occur for in between first and second evolutions. The only exceptions would be a single stage Pokemon, which gets two development stages.

so you cant get any extra art if you have a two stager, no matter how much you rp or develop them through the metas or anything else? that's pretty misleading, you should probably add something to the front about it. i mean, i wasn't expecting three full stages, but since he was sold as a mightyena i thought i'd at least eventually be able to get him alternate art or something. (this was news to someone else who had a second stage, two-evolution gijinka as well). wouldnt it be fairer to allow the two or three stagers that are sold at their last stage to be able to obtain at least one more growing if they can get it?
but thats fine i guess. thanks for answering my questions.

The development system is a new system that I added when I took over ownership. Before a Pokemon could only gain art if / when it evolved so we have been working on trying to be more fair to owners. I may consider adding fourth 'elite' stage in the future, possibly, but at this time, I'll simply move this particular rule up a little higher on the page so it is more visible.

Since the fight I am guessing will start shortly

1- Does this stack on top of the paragraph point distribution or, no? Reason being the 'if you remain neutral you'll get less points'
2- Participating in a fight means what exactly? Reason I ask is if passive actions, such as buffs/debuffs would count and to go with that-
3- Will Abilities come into play? (Such as mightyena's intimidate, or Gardevoir's synchronize) Will natural resistances/immunities? (Such as a mighyena's immunity to physic attacks)
4- Around what levels should we as players place our gijinkas at? Some have years of fighting experience, other less so. What good ranges would be considered appro or, is this up to players discretion?
5- I'm used to letting people RP out my characters reactions with permission, (such as blows landing) and having nothing in their post to indicate that I gave the okay. Vice versa. Should we post that we got player permission if we want to pre determine blows to land so people don't think we're godmoding? I assume if attacking NPC, it will be open reaction.

1 - Yes, the 10 point bonus is in addition to normal points.
2 - Participating in a fight means actual combat, not buffs or debuffs.
3 - They will come into effect, but most will have minimal impact minus immunities.
4 - Since we do not have a combat system as of yet, play gijinkas between the levels of 20 and 50 at this time.
5 - In this Meta, don't 'assume' your blows land, especially due to the level difference.

Sorry to ask a stupid question... but since I missed the first battle roll, should I still see if I'm immobilized, or just act as if I had been and post now? Since.. it was only in effect until the next NPC post which has already been done..?

Since you didn't post during that time, just say your character was immobolized. Everyone has now broken free of it at this point.
