Alright, Me and UnluckyOldMan13 have decided to do a Nuzlocke Run of the original Pokemon Red and Blue Versions. (He had both, and let me borrow Red if I promised to not lose it.)
So, for your own Amusement, we'll be going through the game, and updated everyone with what happens every so often.
For those unfamiliar with the concept, in a Nuzlocke Run, there are two main rules.
1. You can catch only the first pokemon you meet on a route. If you faint it, you're out of luck.
2. If a pokemon Faints, it's considered dead, and we release it, never to be seen again.
With that being said, from here on in, Every Post'll be an update! Here's hoping we make it through the game in one piece!

ThunderPunch And seeing as OldMan decided to go to sleep, I'll just have to be the first to update, and first to progress!
......Wow. It's been a while. Where do I go again?
Edit:: Okay, after a few minutes of wandering around Pallet, I made my way to OAK'S lab, and picked up my first pokemon!

Level: 5
Pokemon: Squirtle
HP: 19
Attack: 11
Defense: 12
Speed: 10
Special: 11
(And yes, I'm going to be naming my pokemon after people I know. Feel free to suggest some in comments, okay?)
And with getting that, I'll just head on....Oh hi RIVAL, what could you possibly.....

ThunderPunch Well, that was close! My Rival took a BULBASAUR and almost defeated NIX.
I don't see how anyone's supposed to be able to reliably win that!!! I mean, a fight, right off the bat, and no healing items or anything? It was almost over for me before it even got started!!
NIX survived with 3HP though, and managed to finish off the opponent! Anyways, I'm moving onto the next town. Wish me luck!
(Also, NIX grew to level 7 fighting Ratatata. Awesome)

ThunderPunch And I just got pushed into doing an errand when I got to Viridian city. So, I had to head back to the town, and return it to OAK.
Then he gave me something called a 'Pokedex' which records info on the pokemon I catch. Nifty....
On another note, I bought some pokeballs, and caught a new pokemon!
Level: 3
Ratata: NEKAMA.
HP:14
Attack 8
Defense: 7
Speed: 9
Special: 6
Now, time to go to the next town! And catch more! Wish me luck.
