Cena vs. Rock

A match one year in the making. A "once in a lifetime" match-up. A...oh lets face it, this is just another Cena squash match that's been set one year in advance. Yes, its in Miami, Rock's home turf; however, we have to consider the implications of the Rock getting a win here.

A win from Rock is essentially saying that the current WWE product is no good...which granted, is a good argument to make, but would ultimately hurt Cena's career in the long run. As much as I don't enjoy what management has done with Cena, for him to lose would effectively destroy all of that.

HiaC - Ref: HBK
Taker vs. HHH

So basically, its the same match as last year, only include the cell and HBK. Adding him into the mix will change something; whether it is for Taker or Trips' benefit, we'll never know until the end. However, I'm confident in the streak making it to 20. Cementing that milestone would set Taker permanently in the annuls of wrestling history.

WWE Championship
Punk (c) vs. Jericho

You probably noticed that I didn't pick a winner for this one. The way I see this match going, there are three possible endings:

1) Punk wins in an epic bout. The only issue here is that this would kill Jericho's momentum, and could potentially be an endpoint for this feud...which lets be honest, its the best feud in the company right now.

2) Jericho wins in an epic bout. I'm trying to find a negative for this outcome, because I feel like there would be some problem with this. It is likely to happen, but not as likely as...

3) No contest. This is the best option for this match. Normally, I despise this for title bouts, but also factoring that the build has been for "best in the world," a no-finish will give the feud momentum going into the next PPV...in Chicago.

Between these three options (where any is just as likely as the others) I can't pick who wins this bout.

World Championship
Bryan (c) vs. Sheamus

I'm a little disappointed with the build-up for this match. Sure, its the match we wanted to see last year, but still, give us more to work with here. It seems to be more about AJ and Bryan than the match itself. That's not a good thing.

If things go as predicted and Show takes the IC, then Rhodes slides up to the main event. The question is who would he face. In my mind, that person is Sheamus. A Rhodes/Bryan feud would be cool...down the line. But I'd rather the competitors get in each others' faces, and that won't happen until the Bryan/AJ angle is done.

IC Championship
Rhodes (c) vs. Show

Let it be known that I hate this choice. I do not like Big Show, I've never been a fan of Big Show, and I never WILL be a fan of Big Show. HOWEVER. My choice has nothing to do with the guy.

A win for Show means a bigger win for Rhodes. By having him drop the IC, he can move in to the main event, something we've been waiting for. Now, whether or not that means Rhodes drops the belt now or at the next PPV remains to be seen. But lets keep in mind that Show only has so many months, maybe years, left in the tank. He needs one solid WM win on his own. I can see this being it.

Control of both Raw & Smackdown
Team Teddy vs. Team Johnny

This is going to be "the" match, guys. ...Now when I say that, I mean it will be "the" match where you should go run to the grocery store to restock on snacks. Its going to be long, its going to be a waste of time, and we know who will win in the end (Khali is the death sentence).

Fighting over a handshake..
Orton vs. Kane

This is more of an anticipation pick than a legitimate "who will win" pick. Reason for this is simple; Kane has been better with the mask on. By losing to both Cena and Orton back-to-back, it will effectively kill all the momentum that Kane has had lately. Besides, this match shouldn't go in Orton's favor; he's got a movie to make. Having Kane take him out in-show would be a good excuse to get Orton out for a bit...well, a bit more, anyway.

The host of "Extra"
Kelly Kelly & Maria vs. Phoenix (c) & Eve

Normally, I side with the celebrity in these matches. However, considering she's injured, it effectively becomes a 2-on-1 diva match. The odds don't look good for Kelly.

Tag Championship Triple Threat
Primo & Epico (c) vs. Gabriel & Kidd vs. The Usos

Lets see the tag titles change hands. Primo and Epico only draw due to Rosa. Yes, the Usos aren't a major draw, but considering they're the only other legitimate tag team in the match, they should get it. A win by Gabriel/Kidd will only drop the two other teams' stock.

And as an added bonus, I'll predict the dark match.

Doesn't matter; someone will inevitably have to call his momma.
