⋆ History :: I have no doubt you’re expecting some ‘woe is me’ story and for me to complain about how bad my life has been up to this point in time. But aside from a few details I’d like to change I can’t complain. Really when you live in the luxury district you’re life doesn’t really have many downfalls. I grew up with my father and my brother, both of us had been expected to the great warrior types my father was before us. From the time we were old enough to pick up a weapon we were taught how to use it and defend ourselves. Our father wasn’t exactly easy on us when it came to such demanding tasks and losing wasn’t exactly in his vocabulary. Since he’d survived his first games and came out the victor he’d never let his guard down even with his own children. Too bad he couldn’t have used his ‘winning’ attitude to save my mother. She died when my brother and I were only two years old. She’d been selected as a tribute for the district and unlike my father she wasn’t a victor. All through life I’ve struggled with the grudge against my father, but it got a little better once I knew I could beat him at his own game. Then, when he got remarried it sank even deeper then it had before... especially when they made another addition to our already messed up family. I’ve been training all my life for a chance to prove that I am better than him… and my mother... and god-knows I'm better then my mooch of a step-mother. I'm one of the few that I know one reaping day is eager to hear their name being called. I want the chance to prove myself... to prove that I'm not just the daughter of a victor.
⋆ Other :: She has a close relationship with her twin and will always defend him whatever the cost, She's is very distant from her father and blames him for the death of her mother, She hates her step-mother with a passion and is bit dismissive when it comes to her younger step-sister but deep down she knows she'd protect her against anything... but only if it came to that.
