Arthur is quiet, soft-spoken, and polite, but he's no pushover. He is physically weak and often sick and in pain, but these drawbacks have given him a strong will and a shrewd and manipulative mind. He fights mostly with information, words, and secrets, but he does keep a number of paper slips with powerful offensive/defensive spells on him.

These days, he runs a small establishment -- cafe by day, bar by night. It's a good place for gathering information, and he also sells his specialty, enchanted items, to those who can pay his prices. He has scrying charms set up that alert him when Witch Eaters or Majin enter, but he does not turn them away at the door; however, if they (or anyone) makes trouble, he will not hesitate to remove them.

As a general note, I would prefer it if most people didn't realize that he's really quite calculating behind his gentle/kind front. He works very hard to maintain his image as a fragile little flower who couldn't hurt anyone, and I would appreciate it if that was generally taken to be the truth! Generally, more suspicious/observant characters might see through it.

Plots

★ The Grapevine: Arthur maintains connections with many people. It's nothing fancy -- he just gets to know people, and asks after any interesting news and gossip, questions that seem natural while he's being a waiter or bartender. So anyone who's interested can come to his cafe/bar and chat with him.

★ Standoff: Arthur is not a pushover. I would love to see a situation where a Majin or (more likely) Witch Eater threatened his patrons, and could hold a tense, quiet conversation with Arthur about the wisdom or lack thereof of doing so -- a battle of words rather than fists.

★ The Flip Side of the Coin: Even so, words aren't always enough -- so a battle! Either between Arthur and a Witch Eater, or a tag-team with Arthur and another character vs. an NPC Witch Eater. He's pretty good at using spell slips to do damage and creating protective barriers, and he can cast buffs on an ally without needing the slips.

★ Friends: While Arthur can be rather distant and generally avoids making close friends, he could definitely use some! He can be quite shy and hesitant when it comes to people he actually likes.

★ Enemies: He doesn't have many actual enemies -- usually he neutralizes them somehow, either with sensitive information or with violence -- but I would love for him to make some. It'd likely be a game of cat and mouse, fought mostly with psychology, information, and words, and it could be really fun.

Theron is driven to keep others safe, no matter the cost. He will do whatever it takes to wipe out the threat that Witch Eaters present, and he doesn't care if he becomes a monster in the process. Off the job, he's quiet and serious, but surprisingly easy to provoke, bristling at teasing and mocking. On the job, he is cold, professional, and utterly ruthless. Despite all that, he's not really a bad person at heart -- he doesn't enjoy killing (though he might take a certain enjoyment in hurting others), and he only does it because he thinks it's necessary. Those who are quieter, and not as likely to piss him off for fun, might even get to see his nicer and more helpful side, though he'll shrug it off as not a big deal.

He can be found around Poena Privus, exploring the castle and nearby grounds; on patrol; or, occasionally, in a bookshop or a sweetshop, though those two are generally at very strange hours (to reduce the chance of him running into someone he knows). He will also almost always accept a request for a friendly spar; if he's too injured or in no shape to fight, he will simply request a rain-check, and take it up later. He generally does not go to large social gatherings of his own volition, and is rather uncomfortable with large groups.

Plots

★ Prove It: Theron did not get to Blackheart without having to prove himself every step of the way, and he won't hesitate to do it again. If someone were to express doubt that he belonged -- or claim that they would win against him in a fight -- he wouldn't hesitate to offer a sparring match to settle it. He's also interested in sparring partners in general, as he tends to pick up moves from the people he fights.

★ Dark Alleys: Theron does not actively persecute Majin, though he treads warily around them, but he does meet Witch Eaters with immediate violence. Whether they willingly or maliciously take Witch Hearts or not, he believes that they are a threat to everyone around them and must be killed immediately.

★ Allies: Even if he dislikes someone outside of a fight, Theron will not hesitate to help them during one, even at risk or harm to himself. I'd like him to meet a Reaper/BH that he doesn't get along with at all, then later on to get into a tag-team fight against a Witch Eater with them, and be wholly willing to work with them.

★ Vitriol: It's really fun to pit Theron against people who are not afraid to tease and provoke him, despite his generally angry and often violent responses. He may come to respect such people, for their abilities if not for their charming personalities, and perhaps they could even become friends of a sort.

★ A Softer Side: I'm also looking for someone who's probably quiet/gentle/kind, to become honest friends with him. Theron rarely shows his nicer side, but people who don't actively provoke him are more likely to see it, and he'll stop to help them out with small tasks or the like.

Hey! So sorry, I didn't get the notification for this >< Hmhm, that would be really interesting! Theron makes it pretty easy for people to piss him off, so she'll find plenty of room for that! Hmn, he's often out patrolling (even just informally, since he's too restless to stay inside and sit still for long), which is usually the best time for him to meet non-Reapers/BHs.... Where does Rosel usually hang out?
