The Black Order's last foothold in the world is in London, England. It sits high atop a mountain and houses the Exorcists, C.R.O.W. operatives, and Finders who search out the Innocence to use to fight the forces of the Millineum Earl. It is a well fortified building and larger as it has lower levels that catacomb the entire inside of the mountain. It provides Housing, Training Grounds, Storage of the Innocence, Libraries, and the ever so infamous Research and Development crew of the Black Order.
It is here that most events take place in the life of an Exorcist outside of missions as roaming about unchecked is usually not allowed by the order to insure the safety of the innocence and to make sure that no Exorcists go MIA or worse with no chance of recovering their Innocence so that a new host might be found.

"Innocence ACTIVATE!" was a shout that echoed in and off the walls of a training room inside of the Black Order's HQ. Jukisho Yamagai, a blonde exorcist with a Crystaline type innocence weapon was training and dodging the mechanized room's attacks as he slashed at the plasma hologaphic akuma images. "Pheh... Level ones are too weak..." He grumbled as he used the Red Crystal Wings of his weapon to dodge, before morphing them into a great red crystal sword which he used to cut through one of the images, with almost little effort.
The purpose for Jukisho's training was not to make him stronger, but to increase his endurance with the Crystal Type weapon since it drained his stamina at a higher rate in comparison to normal equipment types, but not nearly as much as a Parasite weapon, but still gave him the power of one of those rare Parasitic type Innocence Weapons.
As Jukisho kept up his training, he began to wonder when he would be sent out to hunt Akuma again to keep the surrounding town and it's people safe from their threat, but lately it was the lesser ranked Exorcists being sent out on local patrols and he was stuck on training duties to prepare for bigger threats that may confront the Order itself.
