Avalanche was very skeptical of Jeppe's worries on Txopu. He knew better then to turn a blind eye to it though. So he saw no harm in sending Txopu off with Jeppe well that is only after he gave Jeppe orders not to kill Txopu without proof. He walked over to their new recruit with a charming smile on his face. "Txopu I'm leaving you in the loving care of Jeppe tonight.....good luck to you..." Avalanche said before turning to head on his own duties for the night.
Jeppe's eye twitched as he came up to stand where Avalanche had been. He snorted not afriad to show he didn't like Txopu yet. "Alright Toooputy what ever your name is....time to get to work....follow me." Jeppe said with a slight growl in his voice as he started to lead away from the rest of the group.
"Yessssss follow Master Jeppe." Smeck growled rounding behind Txopu to make sure he could n** at the stallions heels if he even thought of not following Master Jeppe."

Txopu stood proud…and very terrified. He hadn’t been here long, but the feeling was overwhelming of just the utter insanity that lurked among this herd, if a herd it could be called than a gathering for the clinically insane. Jeppe, in Txopu’s mind, basically took the cake for cracked. More and more he was glad he wasn’t doing this alone, having found his Chosen and become bonded. Without that anchor, he realized it would not take long for anyone to lose their mind. In response, he felt her brush lightly against his mind in a mental caress that made him shiver slightly, making him shake out his body sending a little dust and sand into the air.
Txopu…I’m proud of you. Remember that. Everyone has faith in you. This will be the hardest part, convincing them your willing to go as far as it takes to gain their trust. I’ve sent Seze as help, should you need it. Look up.
At this point, a dragon-like shadow crossed over the moon just as Txopu glanced heavenward. As if to explain the coincidence, he said aloud, “My mate, Seze…how I have missed her over my travels…She is ikran. A sky huntress. ” He turned his attention back on Jeppe and kept one ear cocked toward Smeck, it didn’t due to look away from either one for very long. “As beautiful as the rose, and deadly as nightshade. She was to stay safe, but one does not harness the ikran in one place and live…” he chuckled.
Mentally came the giggles from Mira and even Seze cracked a smile far above as she floated upon the night breeze. Do not let my Toruk hear that, not to mention that pretty little mare Serenity. However, this will be the best role for me to play. This is a deadly game, one best not played completely alone. Deadly as nightshade. I like that…Be alert. I like not the area we enter.

Jeppe turned his head to look at the shadow flew over them, before his non-trusting eyes shot back to Txopu. He looked utterly bored of the words coming from the stallions mouth. He viewed Txopu as nothing more then a lesser, but not just a lesser....a lesser that couldn't be trusted. "I don't like the way you smell." Was Jeppe's replied before smirking his head jolting in a twitch. "Shut your mouth hole we're hunting now...for an Azrein....mare preferably....with obvious ties to humans preferred. I like to send a message along with this job." Jeppe said cackling somewhat like a hyena before pinning his ears back and picking up his pace.
"Yeah we don't care about your loved ones or odd musings...Stinky...." Smeck growled before running ahead to scout for a victim.

Txopu had to really hold back a snort at Jeppe’s comment, and obediently went back to his quiet plodding behind Chief Crazy Horse (at which mental comment Mira giggled and Seze snorted with a grin) though all mirth faded at the mention of what they were out to find. His eyes widened a bit in shock, but he said nothing, merely shook his head and went on with a neutral expression on his face. He could do this. He was a warrior.
A message? What kind of message does he want to send with a mare who’s aligned with humans?
Oh my Little One…he wants to kill her. That’s the message he wants to send…that none of us are safe. That the King cannot save us. That humans... Seze let the thought trail off.
The revulsion that hit him with Mira’s realization made him nearly falter in his step and it was sheer will as it was that kept him following the blood-stained stallion. He had no choice, if he wanted to get through this alive and to provide the King and his court with the information he needed, they HAD to do this. All he knew for sure was that not one of them was going to like what happened next. Again, he was glad to not be going through this all alone and glanced heavenward. The only sign of Seze was the disappearance/reappearance of the stars as she flew.
