Svärta's healing injuries were still slowing him down but he was alive and out of harm's way for now. The leopard that patched him up had probably saved his life, but he wasn't fully recovered and he suspected it would take a while to get there. He fully intended to get back to the graveyard, but didn't want to push himself too much. It was a sticky situation... His injuries made it hard to get by on his own, so he should really try to get back to his pack as soon as possible. However, if he pushed himself he might end up undoing all the hard work done to save his life and never get home at all.
It was all starting to get a bit frustrating, but Svärta didn't want to let it spoil his good mood. He was alive, right?
He moved slowly but deliberately through the grass. It made sense to move at night time since the heat of the sun drained his energy. The sounds of moving grass made him tense up and turn around. Huh... He chuckled at the sight of a grown hyena twirling around nearby. Luckily she didn't look very hostile at all.
