Within my heart there is a throne,
Which no one but he can sit upon.
The face that darkens the world of light.
But shines upon the dark in mine.
Oh he is fierce and brave.
Never cruel but sometimes scary,
He protects...only me.
From twilight to the end,
From the end to the truth.
I know that he will protect my heart,
From the throne that he sits upon.
I shall protect him,
As he protects me.
From the gates of hell,
To the stairs of heaven,
I know that he thinks of only me.
To be this creature's world,
Is a light all it's own,
In the shadow of life.
So now I shall bind myself,
To my lovely Dragon, and he to me.
Till death do us part,
And love fills our lives.
As I, the maiden have said,
I am the Dragon's Keeper,
His prey,
His throne,
His wife,
His love.
