Yes, that is kinda OOC for Kakashi..knowing him, he'd probably bring her to the hospital and turn up with a bunch of fruits. Still, it's well written.

No, she's just the kind of person that would have a crush. I'm just surprised she didn't have it earlier.
I suggest you watch the episodes of Naruto to keep yourself in perspective of the characters. Sakura is well in character, it's Kakashi that needs a little work.
