These are the Guild Laws. The Crew advises everyone to take the time and read all of these so you are aware of possible misdemeanors. There will be different repercussions for each rule break and depending on the severity will depend on how severe the punishment. Please note that a rule break justifies and can result being banned from the guild.
Common Rules:
1. First and for most, always follow Gaia Rules and ToS.
2. Follow the unique rules of the Guild.
3. Any writing above PG-13 material (sex, nudity, graphic descriptions of torture, killing, gore and et cetera) will result in immediate ban of the guild and report to Gaia Mods.
4. Any pictures PG-13 material (sex, nudity, graphic descriptions of torture, killing, gore and et cetera) will result in immediate ban of the guild and report to Gaia Mods.
5. Respect the Crew and your fellow guild mates.
6. Make sure to post threads in their proper forum / sub-forum homes.
7. No harassing / stalking of members in the guild. Offense will result in immediate ban of the guild and report to Gaia Mods.
Roleplay Rules:
1. Guild has a current minimum post requirement; 5 sentences minimum in every post. (This can be increased at any time).
2. Make sure to read each roleplay's unique rules and procedures to join, if one is constantly reported, this will result in being banned from the guild.
3. Post stretching is not allowed. First offense will result in a warning, repeated offenses will result in being banned from the guild.
4. If your roleplay is neither appropriate nor is it posted in its correct forum, Crew has the ability to message you with it's moved placement or have the ability to delete it.
5. Any roleplay that is not posted in within a month's time will be moved to the Graveyard sub-forum.
6. You can revive a roleplay with having at least 3 members posting consistently over the course of one week. Once these requirements are filled, please message a Crew Member to have the thread be moved back.
7. Literacy is a must, with roleplaying you will not type in text or leet chat.
8. There can be 1x1's in the guild. Label them as so in the title. Keep in mind, all literacy / rating rules apply still.
9. We will be accepting people in this guild that may have never roleplayed before. Be patient and on top of it, be nice. If someone comes to the MODs saying that you've kicked someone from your RP and we don't see anything wrong, you may be the one getting kicked.
Art / Pictures / Graphics:
1. Pictures must follow Gaia ToS and Rules, anything above PG-13 will get the poster banned from the guild.
2. We have a "No Tolerance" rule for Art Thieves. If you are reported to a Guild Mod for thieving, this will result in being banned from the guild.
3. We advise to keep the identities of our members safe, please do not post any pictures of your face or enter your picture in the placeholder for RPCs.
4. Do not post any pictures of yourself in questionable state of clothing / posture / or with anything that would deem your picture inappropriate, especially if you are younger in age.
5. Your signature will be included in these rules.
Crew Members are, at any time, allowed to add to these rules.
